A few days ago I had a scheduled appointment with an ophthalmologist. I arrived even before the scheduled time, but unfortunately ended up waiting for almost an hour. Every time I asked the receptionist when it would be my turn, the only response was “soon.” In the end, I had to leave before the examination even took place. I believe patients should be treated with the same respect for their time as we are expected to show by arriving punctually for our appointments. I would also like to point out a few additional concerns. Discussing patients’ diagnoses in the hallway, where others are waiting, is not professional and does not respect patient privacy. Additionally, part of the examination even minor ones, being conducted in the waiting area in front of other patients does not seem appropriate for a healthcare facility. Finally, I would like to ask why a personal identification number (JMBG) is required for this type of visit. When someone comes for an eye examination, it raises the question of whether collecting such personal data is truly necessary or if more information is being gathered than required. I hope this feedback will be taken as constructive and used to improve organization and the overall treatment of patients.

I can honestly say I’m impressed. Because of my chronic health issues, I was very hesitant about visiting clinics in a new country. Especially after reading some Google reviews, getting medical care abroad felt worrying. But Dr. Raonić was amazing! She was not only professional but also provided one of the best services I’ve ever experienced. She listened carefully, asked detailed questions, and explained everything. I had a great experience with a full eye examination and diagnosis at Oftalmološki Centar Dr Raonić. The clinic had modern equipment, a wide range of glasses and lenses, was very clean, and the nurses were friendly and kind. Prices are quite reasonable compared to the country standard, even a bit cheaper. The flexible working hours and central location are also a big plus.

Service at the highest level. The frames are good. They make the lenses thinner to fit the frames. The service includes two sets of lenses. One set is placed in the frame. The other set is given to you. Not a problem if they break. They speak Serbian, English, and Russian through a translator.

From the moment you enter this clinic, you feel safety, trust, and attention - everything you want when you think about the health of your eyes. The team of doctors is fantastic, and the staff is professional, attentive, and extremely dedicated to every patient. Our examination was thorough, and everything was explained to us in a clear and understandable way. You simply realize that you are in safe hands and that you have chosen the best.
