Avoid!! I have never met ruder and more unprofessional people at the front desk. I announced that I would be late for the appointment due to earlier plans, but I still arrived much earlier. They obviously informed the Dr that I would be late but not that I had arrived on time 🤮 because I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be called in, by which time I already had to leave due to other obligations. This facility is far from the city, which for someone without a car incurs additional costs, and they really should respect the time of people who place their trust in them. Unprofessionalism at its finest! I had a scheduled MRI appointment! While I was on my way they called me and cancelled my appointment, saying they were unable to perform the scan!!! Before that they had already called me once to change the appointment! I had been waiting a month for this scan at a private clinic.!!

The worst private polyclinic. Unprofessionalism and irresponsibility at the highest level. If rated from 0-10, the score would be below 0. The reasons are as follows: a spinal MRI was performed, they say we'll call you when the report is ready. More than 10 days pass, of course no call, we go to the polyclinic - the staff says they can't find the report, that "the lady simply doesn't exist in the system", we wait 1 hour for them to "find the report or the lady in the system" and they don't find it, they say you can go, we'll call you when we find it. Shortly after that, a call to come in, "they found it". The report is dated that day - the day of our visit to the polyclinic (not the day of the scan or e.g. a few days after the scan as is usually the case, meaning it was only written that day when we came to pick it up). What is most suspicious is that this report differs significantly from previous scan reports, in the complete description of the problem - discs, and the patient's condition has significantly worsened, but that remains to be seen when we go to the scheduled appointment with the neurologist. Although, we fear the scan will have to be repeated, because we doubt the credibility of the Konzilijum polyclinic report, due to everything mentioned above. In any case, I do not recommend this polyclinic to anyone and I regret that we placed our trust in it.

My wife called and scheduled a follow-up appointment with the oncologist. She indicated it was a routine breast check-up. You arrive, enter the office, the doctor says he doesn't work without an ultrasound and sends you to the front desk. There you pay €50 for 2 minutes of his explanation that he only writes prescriptions and doesn't do diagnostics. The only good thing about this clinic is its ability to take your money.

A few years ago I took my father for an examination before an upcoming surgery, the doctor said that without one test result that he didn't have, and we were never told to bring it, he couldn't tell him anything, but we were charged €50. Today my father goes there again for another procedure, where another doctor again says that without a biopsy he can't tell him anything and we pay €60. Literally 5 minutes spent in the office. On their website and in the polyclinic it says that consultations are free, nothing is free! They should be ashamed of the way they earn their money.

Loše iskustvo! Ozračena da bi na kraju snimanja rekli da snimak nije dobro ispao i da ne mogu ništa da vide na snimku. Usluga je naplaćena iako nije dobijen rezultat. Užasno neprofesionalno!

Several years ago I was quite happy with their service. So, naturally they were my first choice when my mother needed another MRI. She called them last week to enquire for the price of a knee MRI and she was given the price of €140. I checked by chance their website after that and the price was €130. This MRI was with no contrast. I emailed them on the 9th of February and asked them for the price and also their explanation why we were given one price over the phone and another one via website. To this day I did not receive their reply explaining this. What I did receive, after my second email ( the first one was ignored), was their call centre replay ( I emailed the clinic directly and not sure why their call centre was involved here) to give them my phone number to call me. I do not know why they need my phone number when they can clearly reply to my email and this is what I told them. No reply. I emailed the clinic again and received their same request from them: to provide my phone number so they call me and ‘explain’. I replied to them the same, questioning their reluctance to reply to my email and stating this is a simple thing to reply. There seem to be some reluctance to put something in writing here, otherwise they would not have any problems emailing me back with the correct price and the explanation.Also, it is illegal to state one price on their website and give you another one over the phone. I work in MRI department and this is a very simple issue. There is one price with no contrast and another one with contrast. To summarise: I do not trust this clinic any longer and the way the dealt with us was very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Furthermore, I made an appointment with another clinic and for the cheaper price.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team involved in my gallbladder removal surgery. Dr. Alexandar Kujović is an exceptional surgeon. We had excellent communication, he has perfect English and he was always ready to answer all my questions in detail. The surgery itself went smoothly, and my recovery was quick and easy. Many thanks to anesthesiologist Dr. Jelena Višnjić for handling the anesthesia process perfectly, to nurses Vesna and Emir for their unparalleled care and compassion, and to everyone involved. Undergoing a surgery in a foreign country can be stressful, but you made it as easy as possible for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

In June 2022, they saved my partner's life. After going to two general hospitals in Podgorica, we entered this clinic as a last resort. My partner was literally dying from a throat infection. Without a doctor being at the clinic, through a phone call he ordered some medications to be injected and my partner came back to life. After that, we had to come for 3 more days to continue with the treatment and hydration. Forever grateful.

Zero. It doesn't deserve to be called a polyclinic. I came for my scheduled appointment and was told that due to their registration error (even though everything was documented that I had an appointment, both they and I have proof) they didn't enter it in the computer so the doctor won't see me. So, zero.
