Terrible service. We traveled from Bar to the appointment on time. In the end, they did not see us on time. When I asked after half an hour of waiting how much longer — the answer was "At least another hour and a half. It does not depend on us." I do not recommend this clinic if you do not want to waste time and money.

I don't advise anyone to use services other than gynecology or ENT. The gynecologists are excellent, Russian-speaking, appointments, tests, ultrasounds are done perfectly. But everything else is a complete mess. I tried to get an abdominal ultrasound twice. The first time I came on time hungry, waited 40 minutes and never got seen. The second time I also came on time, no appointment. I also booked an ENT appointment via Telegram. The appointment went well, but the translator costs an extra 25 euros. Another time I was on an IV drip. The nurse couldn't do it properly. Upd: After publishing this review, no one contacted me. Months later they refused my gynecology booking because I was allegedly rude. If you don't like the service, they'll simply ban you.

Русскоязычное медицинское сопровождение – это дополнительная услуга, которая создана для удобства коммуникации наших русскоязычных пациентов с врачами Черногории и для поддержания оптимального качества медицинской услуги в целом. Для этого приглашается специально обученный человек – врач, средний медицинский персонал и т.д. Весь процесс коммуникации находится под контролем менеджерского состава нашей поликлиники. Поэтому это не просто «переводчик» на врачебном приеме. С нашей стороны просим извинить, что не предупредили Вас о стоимости. Установка и снятие капельницы проводится опытнейшими медицинскими сестрами нашего учреждения. Дискомфорт пациента при этой манипуляции нами сведен к минимуму. В вашем случае, вероятно, сработал эффект «повышенной эмоциональности», который присущ обычно людям с низким болевым порогом в условиях стресса. Просим Вас принять во внимание, что вся запись русскоязычных пациентов осуществляется через менеджера русскоязычного сектора, который вам звонил после вашего обращения по поводу гинекологии, но вы не ответили на звонок. Все-таки радует тот факт, что вы осознаете некоторые детали вашего поведения в общественных местах, в частности – в нашей поликлинике, при общении с доктором и другим медицинским персоналом. Terrible clinic, the urologist is completely incompetent, prescribed an antibiotic by guesswork, then recommended tests, resulting in worsening of the disease. The medication turned out useless. Russian-speaking Mila responds on Telegram after a day, interest in helping -0 I paid for a bladder ultrasound, they didn't even give me the scan

Уважаемая Зинаида, В вашем случае мной была полностью объяснена вся ситуация в нашей личной переписке. Уролог вам назначил лечение после вашего первого обращения (антибиотик широкого спектра действия как скоропомощная вещь) и попросил прийти на контроль с бак.посевом мочи через 15 дней. К сожалению, бывает реинфекция (возникновение нового обострения вследствие новой инфекции) или развитие устойчивости возбудителя к антибиотику. В Вашем случае, скорее всего, это был первый или второй вариант: вы себя чувствовали хорошо, когда принимали назначенный доктором антибиотик, и ухудшение состояния возникло, когда вы перестали принимать антибиотик. Лабораторно была выявлена редкая форма возбудителя и подтверждена его высокая устойчивость к антибиотикам. Поэтому в данном случае доктор вас правильно вел от начала вашего обращения. After an initial misunderstanding regarding one of my appointments, very polite nurses helped to sort the situation out. And even when I was running late for the said appointment, they were patient and helped me get checked by my doctor. They acknowledged when they made a mistake, and they were kind when I made one. And that can be rare here. One of the best PZU in Montenegro.

Poštovani, Zaista nastojimo da sve pacijente koji se interesuju za termin i ostave kontakt blagovremeno obavijestimo, kao i da propratimo redovne kontrole i pozovemo pacijente čak i kada se ne interesuju za termin. Prof Tasić je mnogo rjeđe termine imao u poslednjih godinu dana usljed njegovog dodatnog angažmana kao savjetnika Ministra zdravlja Srbije. Zbog toga uglavnom smo dobijali termine u kratkom roku, i vjerovatno zbog velikog obima posla i velikog broja pacijenata, napravljen je propust. Izvinjavamo se na tome, probaćemo da nađemo gdje je propust napravljen u Vašem slučaju i kontaktirati Vas. S obzirom da ste naš pacijent već nekoliko godina, raduje nas da ste imali pozitivno iskustvo do sada a mi ćemo nastojati da tako bude i na dalje. Srdačno, PZU Rezidencija Zdravlja Kerber

I do not recommend the podologist service for viral warts. The treatment was repeated month after month, the price is high, and the problem was not resolved at all, so I had to find a solution elsewhere. Very bad experience.

While the doctors' expertise is not in question, the way appointments are organized and the inadequate response in this situation is the reason I do NOT recommend visiting this clinic. Specifically, I waited 40 minutes for my appointment without being informed at any point — not before arriving at the office, not upon arrival, nor during the long wait — that there would be a delay and when the appointment could be expected. The core issue is not just the delay itself, which cannot always be predicted, but the fact that appointments are scheduled for a maximum of 15 minutes which is sometimes absolutely not enough, and when delays occur patients are casually shifted to a later slot. In this particular case the patient arrived on time and the non-medical staff, muttering in a full waiting room, instructed the waiting patients to move, and when it was established that this was not possible because the patients had already arrived and were waiting for an appointment that should have already started, there was neither an apology nor an address to the patients that there would be a delay — just the phrase: "it'll be quick", which in this case turned out to be a full 40 minutes. Appointments in private clinics are, after all, scheduled precisely so that patients don't have to wait in queues and waste time in waiting rooms, so I strongly advise you to seek the skilled doctors from this clinic elsewhere.

Poštovana, Žao nam je što ste imali negativno iskustvo i čekali termin. Zaista nastojimo organizovati rad ljekara u skladu sa njihovom dinamikom i zahtjevima, a sa druge strane i sa potrebama pacijenata. Međutim, nekada, zbog kompleksnosti dijagnoze ili istorije bolesti pacijenta, doktor se zadrži duže i dođe do "probijanja" termina. Upravo je takva situacija bila na dan kada ste Vi imali termin. Iako u takvim situacijam nastojimo reagovati na vrijeme, nekada, usljed gužve dođe do propusta kao tog dana. Imamo u vidu Vaš komentar, zahvalni smo na povratnoj informaciji i nastojaćemo da se ovakve situacije ne dešavaju. S druge strane, zaista nam je drago da ste zadovoljni pregledom i doktorkom. Gynecologist Tatyana. Mixed impressions. Somewhat rude — phrases like "don't tell your husband or he'll find someone else", "well, maybe they'll take pity on you and not cut you open completely" and everything in that vein. It was funny when I was lying in the chair, she left for some reason, and a man peeked into the office.🤣 I can't assess the professionalism yet, I'll go for a second opinion.

My search for a Russian-speaking gynecologist brought me here. The charming Elena received me earlier than the scheduled time (I was booked for 11 but arrived at 10:45, and the girls at reception said I could go in already). She asked detailed questions, took a medical history, performed an examination and did an ultrasound, first checking whether I wanted it and stating the cost. The transparency of pricing throughout the process was very pleasing. The entire appointment lasted about 45 minutes — there was no feeling of being rushed or not given enough time. I received detailed recommendations and left the doctor's office with peace of mind and a clear understanding of what to do next. No complaints about the equipment (I can only judge the ultrasound machine as a patient). Very pleasant nurses — smiley and friendly.

I want to express my gratitude to the "Kerber" clinic for the high-quality service. I have been a patient at this clinic for a long time! The doctors are true professionals — they listened carefully to all complaints and carried out a full examination. The clinic has modern equipment, allowing for fast and accurate diagnosis. I especially want to highlight the attention to patients: the staff is very polite and friendly, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust. As for waiting times — yes, they do happen, but again because the specialist genuinely wants to help you and answers all your questions and concerns, which may slightly delay the appointment, rather than rushing to say something just to move on to the next patient!
