I booked a private appointment because the waiting list through the fund is awful. Even with the scheduled appointment, my first visit involved a wait of an hour and a half. The doctor was truly highly professional, polite and correct. They scheduled a follow-up for me in a month, took my phone number and everything. On the day of the check-up, the doctor who had seen me wasn't working, but another one was there, so they would fit me in with her — I just had to wait. However, that doctor didn't want to see me because the follow-up had to be done by the doctor who examined me the first time. I told them I couldn't wait a week until the other doctor was working, because I needed the report earlier. They again told me I should come another day to the doctor who had first examined me, so we wouldn't have to repeat the whole exam. I said it was no problem to redo the full exam, as long as it was finished within the scheduled appointment, because I needed the report. They told me to come the next afternoon to some other doctor, because, you see, the doctor can still decide she doesn't want to see me — even though the scheduling mistake is theirs — without considering that I might not be able to come to Podgorica the next day and may have other urgent obligations. All of this takes an hour that I waste waiting, because apparently it can't be communicated in 5 minutes. So I don't see the point of booking an appointment when you'll be waiting anyway, or leaving a phone number that nobody managed to call to say I could come earlier, or simply to cancel in time so I could organize myself and possibly book elsewhere. Horrible, extremely unprofessional.

Shame on you, you book far more patients than you can examine; if it's through the fund that pays you for it, then the booking window is longer, if it's for cash it can be sooner; rudeness from the doorway, a narrow and stuffy waiting room, every patient waits over an hour past their scheduled time. Disgrace, shame, be ashamed — shame on you.

I had an examination today. Yes, I waited 2 hours, but it's worth it. You don't wait because they are inefficient or sitting around drinking coffee, but because some examinations really do take longer. Dr. Jovović is fantastic, kind and pleasant. Nurse Šutović didn't stop working for a second. I can't remember the last time I saw such a hardworking and upbeat nurse.

Very bad experience. Extreme unprofessionalism, disorganization and disregard for patients' time (you wait several hours past the scheduled appointment). The clinic is in poor condition. I don't recommend anyone going there.

The first time I was taken in as an emergency, the second time I booked a regular appointment. I waited both times, but it was worth it! A serious eye inflammation was prevented. Thanks to Dr. Jovović and the nurse, who was kind enough to patiently explain the therapy to me several times — I didn't understand how to use it, and she did that even though she was very busy.

My mom is Dr. Jovović's patient, she is very pleased. Kudos to nurse Jasna Šutović, who is so kind, thorough and wonderful …

After pupil dilation, my pupils stayed dilated for 4 days. They don't administer constricting drops and of course they don't warn the patient that the pupils will remain dilated. First of all, there are drops that constrict the pupils after the exam, and there are also short-acting dilating drops. Shameful!!!

You come to an appointment that you pay for out of pocket, not through the fund, you wait a minimum of 2–3 hours to be seen even though you have a scheduled slot, and you do the auto-refractometry in the waiting corridor in front of 10 other patients. Run-down, dirty — all in all, a case for the inspectorate.

Shameful organization. In July I was given an appointment for September, arrived at the scheduled time and waited an hour before giving up — there were still at least 5 patients ahead of me. Complete disregard for patients' time, and the staff's attitude is basically 'it is what it is.' By the way, they don't issue fiscal receipts.

All credit to the doctor for her expertise, but coming to a scheduled private-pay appointment and then waiting several hours to be seen — no thanks. What's the point of booking?
