If you believe that a doctor should have at least minimal empathy and answer patient questions — I do not recommend making an appointment with ophthalmologist Tamara Milenkaya. I came in with a small inflammation on my eyelid, and she silently started checking my vision, responding to all my questions about my problem with silence and a contemptuous look. During the examination with the equipment she explained nothing, then looked at me with irritation and after a couple of minutes rudely told me I was looking in the wrong direction, while when I asked where I should look she went silent again and continued doing something with the equipment. Without warning she started touching my eyes with her hands without gloves, without warning she shone a bright light into my eyes. When I asked for the hundredth time about the inflammation, she glanced at my eye and said it was conjunctivitis. When I pointed out there wasn't a single sign of conjunctivitis, she said well it's inflamed there. I had the impression that the diagnosis was made completely at random, yet she prescribed very powerful drops with a ton of side effects and contraindications for 10 days and supplements. In the end the inflammation went away on its own in a couple of days, but the disgusting feeling from the appointment hasn't gone away to this day.

If you want a fast and quality examination using the latest technology and top-notch specialists, then NOVI STANDARD POLIKLINIKA in Bar is the place for you. I don't remember ever having such a fast yet thorough medical examination in my 20 years of work. Wishing everyone a happy career and all the best!

I visited this policlinic several days ago and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, spoke to me in a dismissive tone, and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that medical staff can be busy and tired, but basic patient care which fits their role must be upheld. There was a complete lack of patience, empathy or understanding to the patients. On the other hand results are fast and accurate. My information was spread to other patient in a form of gossip, without my consent.

My family and I are regular patients of this clinic whenever the need arises. The staff is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We especially appreciate that they track patient visits and reward loyalty with discounts. Although those discounts are not financially crucial, the feeling that someone values your trust and loyalty means a lot. Highly recommended

I visited the clinic for a medical certificate for a driving instructor, expecting the usual formality — you pay, they stamp it, and you leave. However, I had multiple examinations — ECG, blood tests, vision test, a complete check-up, and a pleasant conversation with a psychologist. For 40 euros I got a real insight into my health condition. All praise, just keep it up.

During my stay in Bar I fell ill and, since it was a Saturday, I turned to Poliklinika Novi Standard. The doctor was professional, and the nurses were extremely kind and dedicated during the infusion therapy I received over three days. Highly recommend this institution!

My child was shaking while they were drawing blood because the clinic staff scared him by showing him the needles they would poke him with. Also, two guys surrounded him as if they were going to operate on him rather than just take blood. All in all, they are the same as all other polyclinics... Bad service and high prices.
