I call at 9:40 to schedule an abdominal ultrasound. Appointment set for 12:00. After 5 minutes, I'm told the appointment is at 12:15. I arrive at the clinic at 12:10. I wait 30 minutes and at 12:45 another patient goes in for the ultrasound before me. When I ask "when is my turn," I get the answer "after him, he arrived before you." What's the point of scheduling at all if the order is determined by arrival time? All in all, a complete system breakdown.

My husband, at the age of 85, was successfully operated on at Codra Hospital. Thank you to the kind and dedicated staff. Special gratitude to dr Vlad Brajović for his expertise, dedication and humanity, all praise to professor Perović for organizing a service where patients feel safe and dignified. Highly recommend this clinic!

I called the hospital to ask if I could give a urine sample and they told me to call the laboratory. Since I couldn't reach them, I called back and asked them to contact the lab themselves — that never happened. I went in person. The treatment of patients at this hospital is like in a public health center, the way it used to be. It seems like they're just waiting for their work hours to end. I think that since they are a private hospital, they should be much more polite. My suggestion is therefore that the staff should be friendlier.

Dr Nikola Stanišić is a fantastic doctor. I live in this country as a foreigner, and he was very kind to me and had a calm approach. My surgery was successful. Nurse Linda is also a wonderful woman, she was by my side through the night. Thank you to the hospital for everything."

They ignore messages and calls! I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone! A month ago I came to this clinic for a gastroscopy, the procedure itself went fine, they took tests and prescribed part of the treatment (the second part only after the test results). They promised the results would be ready within 10-14 days and told me to come back in a month. BUT a month has already passed, no one has sent me the results, no one answers messages or calls. I was already supposed to go to the doctor as planned, but I can't, because without the test results the full course of treatment hasn't been completed and there would simply be no point. The money has been paid, but the service was not provided on time and without any explanation.
