I had a very frustrating experience at this optician. I visited them a few days ago just to get the prescription of my current glasses (which I previously got from them). The staff member told me she could provide it, but they were closing, so I should come back another day. When I returned today, I was told that I would need to book a new appointment and pay a €70 examination fee just to get my own records. Why wasn't I informed about the appointment requirement or the fee during my first visit? It’s a waste of time and reflects poor communication. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere where the service is more transparent and professional.

Dear Doctor Nado Džaković. I would like to address you and express the deep, sincere gratitude I feel towards you, as well as your wonderful colleagues at Svjetlost Clinic Budva. Doctor Nado, you have made a turning point in my life, regarding my overall health and especially in preserving my vision. After the recommended and received chemotherapy treatments, for a full 19 months I lived with severe exhausting symptoms. I couldn't see, my eyelids were drooping, my eyes were burning, dry and constantly trembling, light was painful, while heat, cold and wind had also become unbearable. That period was extremely difficult and filled with pain, an incredible struggle with myself, and constant wondering whether I would ever be able to live normally again. And then, thank God, to my great fortune and joy, you appeared. Your humanity, expertise, enormous knowledge, genuine dedication, and carefully chosen therapy enabled my eyes to heal and me to see again. Doctor Nado, you are not "just" a doctor. You are the person who brought light back into my life. For me, you will forever remain a magical doctor, a symbol of hope and salvation. I had an extremely positive experience at Svjetlost Eye Clinic in Budva. I owe special gratitude to Doctor Pašalić, who performed laser vision correction at the highest professional level. He patiently explained every step of the procedure and made me feel safe and calm throughout the entire process. I would also like to highlight the extremely kind, accommodating and professional staff, who were always available for all questions and provided support at every moment.

Unprofessional staff, they are unpleasant and don't respect patients. Every time I waited at least 1 hour to be seen regardless of having a scheduled appointment. They are OVERPRICED and always try to do as many examinations as possible to charge you well. They personally did the same examination on me twice in 6 months, charged 240€ even though Dr Popovic insisted the second time should not be charged. The only good things are the location and Dr Popovic. My advice is definitely to go somewhere else because it's really really bad!

I was pleasantly surprised by the expertise and overall experience by the team especially by dr Popovic that really took time in testing my case and explaining everything in a very profesional way. It was my first time at Svjetlost, after visiting many other clinics where I always felt they don’t bother much, just take the meds and come back. Here it felt completely different, approach really matters and it should get appreciated. This is the reason of writing this post, to say thank you and keep it up with good work!

At Svjetlost they recommended an operation three times more expensive because they weren't able to perform the simpler one. I went to Belgrade to Dr Suvajac and in two visits completed the operation I wanted. If you have money and a more serious problem, definitely Profesional in Belgrade. For standard patients I believe this Svjetlost clinic is good enough.

Excellent clinic, professionalism at a very high level from examination, preparation to the operation itself. The girls who work there are extremely kind and dedicated, doctors Popović, Dzakovic, Prof. Lazic, Dr. Selma are top experts. Thank you for everything!

Last week I had a laser vision correction procedure here, my experience was really great, I recommend it to you too if you're thinking about it. The procedure is not painful, the doctor explained everything that follows while performing it, recovery is not hard, it's not painful even after the procedure itself, just uncomfortable. The staff at Svjetlost clinic is very kind as well as professional, I want to emphasize that the clinic's hygiene is at a high level. ✨

I have never seen such a level of unprofessionalism anywhere but here. I think I would have better service in a state hospital. I spent 3 hours on a detailed eye examination due to their disorganization, also today when no one bothered to come out to examine a patient for two hours even though I was scheduled on time. Disgraceful!
