A disgusting example of negligence and disrespect towards patients. I arrived at 19:30, even though the official working hours are listed until 21:00. There was not a single administrator or employee in the clinic — only a cleaning lady washing the floors.
The scan was not sent to my email, despite it being promised. Because of this, I was forced to come in person from another city. The result — lost time, money, and complete disregard of obligations by the clinic.
If you post working hours until 21:00, please be kind enough to respect them. Otherwise, it looks like misinformation of patients. No control, no responsibility, no service.
This attitude shows a complete lack of care for the people who entrust you with their health and their time. Management should either bring order to the staff's work or stop misleading patients with information on the website.
I am extremely disappointed and outraged. This level of organization seriously damages the clinic's reputation.

I want to say a big thank you to doctors Marija Zakirova and Kiril Poljakov! They literally saved my problematic teeth — did everything quickly, with quality and without unnecessary stress. For those who hesitate and think about "enduring" until going back home, I strongly advise not to wait. After visiting these doctors, you will most likely, like me, be ready to come to them specifically from abroad — that's how much they are professionals in their field!
Dr. Ana has been my dentist for many years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, patience, and skill she’s always shown. Even after moving to the States and trying other dentists, I can honestly say no one comes close to her level of expertise and the trust she builds with her patients. She’s not just the best dentist I’ve ever had—she’s truly one of a kind!

I thank dentist Marija Zakirova for quality work! (doctor from Russia) When treating the tooth, the doctor placed a light-cured filling in several layers, curing each layer with a UV lamp (modern technology level). The tooth relief practically didn't change, there was no bite collapse, which I was afraid of. The doctor explained everything and was attentive to my feelings and requests. The tooth turned out perfect!
The clinic is clean and cozy. The only downside - the office where the appointment took place is not entirely convenient for work. The patient's chair is at door level, through which staff can enter and exit, slightly distracting the doctor from work.
Super doctor Marija, put the fallen crowns back in place, made fillings for me, my child and my wife )
And the prices are very reasonable. I recommend!

On a first visit it was revealed to me that I will need some medication and temporary filling for a week. Okay.
Filing did fell off after 3 days while brushing my teeth. I figured “okay, temporary for 7 days, 3 days passed, stuff happens, whatever”. So I came and got a replacement for next 4 days.
After a week it turns out I need temporary filling for a month with different medication. Again, okay.
This filling lived for a whole 4 days, and at this point it was no longer okay. It was supposed to hold for a month AT LEAST. And it was 4 days. It also happened at around 19:00 at Friday. You may notice that dentist office is working till 21:00 but it was simple closed - no lights and no one in the office.
I was told by doctor to just take some painkillers and come tomorrow at 10am.
At this point I was no longer willing to give them benefit of the doubt and just get to a different dentist who was kind enough to take me in in 19:30 at Friday night.
If my experience is any indication I would suggest to avoid this place all together.
One time is okay, again - stuff happens. But loosing temporary filling twice in a row after days is not okay for me. I ended up needing 4 procedures in 2 weeks instead of just 2.
I came with acute toothache. At 10:05 we agreed that I would come to have the nerves removed at 10:20. I arrive at 10:17 and the same doctor we had agreed with is already treating another patient. I suffered with pain until 10:45, when she finally took a break to give me anesthesia. After that I waited another 15 minutes and she saw me.
She immediately started drilling the tooth, and I noticed it was painful. She said: "I know". After some time the pain intensified, and I again reported the pain. She said: "I know". Finally she reached the tooth pulp with the drill. It was incredibly painful. She was surprised and said I was very sensitive. And gave me a series of mini injections. This didn't help much, so she placed some medication and covered the tooth with a temporary filling, telling me to come back in 10 days.
She said it would hurt for a couple of days and prescribed me ibuprofen! It doesn't help with this kind of pain at all! After my request she wrote a prescription for something stronger.
