Organization is zero! A disgrace for a healthcare institution! For two weeks we've been calling to schedule a vaccination for the baby, they keep going in circles with phrases: call then and then, I can't schedule, only this or that nurse can... I can't know at what time that one and only nurse who can schedule my baby is there, in every normal institution any person who answers should be able to schedule, everything goes through one system. They schedule hip imaging for us, we wait two months, and the day before the appointment, they send us a message that the one and only doctor in Bar no longer works. And then they refer you privately to that same doctor to pay. Disgrace!

Absolute disgrace! I asked for help, and they didn't even want to register me for a doctor's appointment. They said: \"Go look for a doctor yourself. Everyone is busy. We won't register you because it's a lottery.\" What does that even mean? I hope your children receive the same kind of \"help,\" preferably in the most emergency situations!

I was well helped here. I needed a rabies vaccination and a bandage change. Communication in English was a bit difficult, but with a translator we managed. I would have gladly given 5 stars because everyone was so helpful. Unfortunately, the one doctor who changed my bandage was not. He was very rough and made 0% effort to explain anything to me. He also worked without gloves… But you get all the documents for insurance. In total, everything cost me about 30€.

The woman didn't know how to remove the child's IV. She said "come on mother, you take it out"! The child cried from pain. While we were looking for a nurse in the hallway to help us, she went to eat outside the Health Center! Only by miracle the child's vein didn't burst. Avoid! Unprofessional unskilled catastrophe.

If there were zero I would give zero. I came to the ER with chest pains. At the entrance they greeted me rudely and arrogantly. They were sitting in front of the ER smoking and all the smoke was going inside the emergency room. Is it possible that no one keeps track of uneducated and uncultured youngsters working in such a responsible place. Next time I'll take photos. Instead of treating you they make you even sicker and more irritated. Fortunately, inside there was a very kind young doctor. Who couldn't fix the impression of those two in front.

Everything went very quickly and professionally, our daughter received medical care, I paid for everything and got the papers for my insurance. The people were moderately friendly, as for a municipal institution, the doctor seemed competent. From my perspective everything was excellent. It's about pediatrics. I would say "gladly again" but actually not really: better to stay healthy and avoid this place))

Absolutely useless institution. Not once that we turned to them we did not receive help! Not with the child or for ourselves. And when help was urgently needed they did nothing and did not say anything, they just took the documents and processed the appeal, and then sent to the hospital in the old Bar! And so every time. And the doctors behave quite rudely. Shame for the city of Bar.

People wasn’t speak much English but some people who can speak English they really helped I easy I can explained what I have and take treatment. Price was 30 euro for the doctor I also paid 3,5 euro for injection 30 euro was a lot for the doctor I guess she didn’t do much and she didn’t write I actually want it but I’m feeling better.

Catastrophe! The examination bed is stained, everything is dirty, the doctor works (if you can call it work) with long nails. She examined my ear with a mobile phone flashlight and of course didn't see that it was inflamed.

Received today as tourists from Serbia by doctor Irena Savić Jelenić because my husband cut himself on rocks. A wonderful woman, very kind, treated the wounds and gave therapy without us having to wait at all. The nurses also deserve every praise...
