So I was in this practice on 23rd of April, 2025 for a checkup. This place was recommended by the Monte Medical, I got the appointment very quickly which was good. The doctor was also good and listened to me. The nurses seemed to be helpful too but I think they need to be more cautious with how they work. They took blood for a blood test which was painful and shouldn’t be. I had pain in my arms the whole day and now I have bruises for 2 days along with sore arm. I don’t know how to emphasise it more, they have this one simple job at a time and they do it wrong and I can say that because I was the only patient there that time. I went with one problem and ironically came back with two. So please be more professional as you are not doing it for free!!

came here as a tourist with a UTI that i had suspected the day before. i texted them on whatsapp on sunday night asking for an appointment for the following day. the next morning they texted back that they could see me that morning. I walked over and the appointment took only 10 min. they had a translator for english and the staff were super professional and understanding. they wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and the whole thing cost only 40 euros (unheard of in the US). walked over to the pharmacy and got the meds that costs less than 3 euros. whole experience was quick and incredibly helpful. if you’re a tourist and need quick care this place is the best.

I came here during food poisoning or stomach virus. I needed proof of sickness on English for my employer which I got. I got recommended IV and it helped a lot to get back in shape. There is air conditioning inside and workers inside are nice. I got fresh water when I asked for it. I talked on serbo-croatian. I got examined by Isidora Garović. You can pay in cash or credit card. It all costed (examination and IV) 60€. Only possible downside is few parking places in front.

Until now every nurse was excellent. Today I experienced a very bad attitude from a doctor towards a patient. The doctor who drew my blood didn't soak the cotton in alcohol as she should have. She left such bruises on my arms and wasn't exactly the friendliest.

Scammers! They tried to scam me for 700+ euros by giving a false diagnosis - pneumonia.
After that they offered me antibiotic treatment (IVs) at their SmartMed clinic - "only" 100 euros per day, for 7 days, or go to a hospital in Risan where a day costs 500 euros. Of course, I was scared and chose option 1. But already after the first treatment the next morning my face swelled up beyond recognition (and I never had any allergies). And I suspected something was wrong - how can you diagnose pneumonia without even an X-ray?!
I decided to double-check the doctor and went to Dom Zdravlja, where they told me my lungs were fine and it was just a common prolonged cold.
By the way, the doctor at Dom Zdravlja shook her head and said he wasn't a specialist, and communication in the Kotor community showed that this wasn't an isolated case of fraud.
Just in case, I also went to Budva where I got an X-ray - my lungs were clean.
It happened on 29.01.2024. The diagnosis was made by "doctor" Nenad Todorovic.
I'm attaching evidence in the form of a report from the SmartMed doctor and a report from the Dom Zdravlja doctor on the same day. I also have the X-ray but it's on a disc.
When I contacted the clinic to demand a refund for the wrong diagnosis and for pumping me with unknown medications - I was told: yes-yes, of course. In a few days we'll contact you and make the refund.
However, after a few days nobody contacted me, and when I managed to reach the management - I was told that I wouldn't get any money back, go to the "doctor" who made the diagnosis, he'll explain why he decided I had pneumonia.
Of course, this is complete nonsense. This is simply how this clinic makes money off tourists.
Once again, similar cases with this exact doctor have already been discussed in the Kotor Community.
I strongly do not recommend coming here. Better go to Dom Zdravlja or travel to Tivat or Budva.

I came there as a tourist with bacterial tonsillitis and was admitted very quickly and treated well. I received all the medications I needed and had to get injections for 3 more days, and didn't have to pay as much as you initially think when you find yourself in such a situation as a tourist. Thanks for the quick help and good treatment, I'm fit again!

What's the point of those wonderful and dedicated nurses when the work organization is bad..Your internet doesn't work, you don't issue receipts, the system crashes all the time...And your "top-notch" pediatric gastroenterologist Boskovic who gives diagnoses without any test results, I won't even talk about that....Luckily I took the child to a pediatrician at the KO hospital...

The doctor did not help us, she gave us a therapy that worsened the condition of a 2-year-old child. She doesn't want to listen to what the parents have to say, she weaves her own story, but she charges 60€.

I really appreciated that these folks were able to get me into an appointment on short notice. The exam was very thorough, the doctor and the staff were very kind, and the explanations for my treatment were very appropriate. Compared to …

Incorrect working hours!
On google and on the door of the clinic it says that they are open on Sundays until 1 pm, we drove a sick child 30 km only to find the door locked.
