Dear Sir/Madam, I hereby express my serious dissatisfaction and outrage at the extremely irresponsible and unprofessional treatment of a pregnant woman in her 11th week of pregnancy, Valerija Komar, who today had a properly scheduled procedure with Dr Aleksandar Boljević. The patient was fully prepared according to your instructions — an entire day without food or drink — and arrived on time as scheduled. After waiting pointlessly for over an hour, she was told that the procedure could not be performed and that she needed to go somewhere else. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but an absolute disrespect toward the patient, her time, and most importantly, her health condition. Such a failure is unacceptable and represents a serious indicator of disorganization and negligence. It is unacceptable to put a woman in early pregnancy in a situation where she is physically exhausted, mentally distressed, and left without any solution, despite the fact that everything was done according to the rules you yourselves prescribed. I URGENTLY demand: a clear explanation of who is responsible for this failure and the reason why the patient was not notified in a timely manner. We recommended your clinic as serious and professional, and now we must be ashamed of our recommendation.

I waited about 20 minutes for dr Bogdanović, but I believe we should all have understanding for such situations, because the patient before me was diagnosed with carcinoma and a biopsy needed to be performed. Praise for the Natal team and the best dr Bogdanovic

What is suspicious / what is missing in the case of dr Igor Jeremić 1. Lack of clear, peer-reviewed papers • On his website he claims to have 12 SCI/SSCI papers, but it is not easy to find independent records of those specific papers that confirm his techniques or results. • There are no articles in serious indexed journals describing the "patented technique" or clinical trials. • Promotional material mostly references case galleries, recordings and "presented at congresses", instead of controlled studies with published results. 2. Big claims without verification • States he was "first in the world" to remove certain tumors with RF techniques. • Mentions "no recurrence", "no bleeding" and recurrence <3% — such categorical claims require long-term, well-documented studies. • Says he "patented" special techniques (loop excision + deep vaporization), but it is necessary to verify actual patents in databases. 3. Lots of marketing, little scientific transparency • The website is aimed at patients, with many before/after photos and promises like "no pain, no bleeding". • TV appearances are cited as evidence. • States "presented at international congresses", but without specific papers, independent verification or external validation. 4. Vague or self-referential claims • Says that "cases are presented at medical schools in the USA", but does not specify which ones, which cases and in what capacity. • Mentions a "patented technique", but without a link/patent numbers or documents. 5. Anecdotal data instead of larger studies • Even if individual cases appear successful, medical legitimacy requires systematic evidence: randomized trials, peer-reviewed papers, long-term follow-up and independent replication. • "Case galleries" are anecdotal and subject to selection bias (they show successful examples). In conclusion: many promotional claims appear to be claims without sufficiently independently verifiable scientific evidence. He deletes all negative comments and blocks people on social media. Just look at google maps for his clinic and see what he does. All TV stations should check who they brought on and who they gave a platform to speak. Frightening!

It is shameful that you notify patients about appointment cancellations exclusively via SMS, without a phone call and without attempting to get confirmation that the patient has been notified. Two days before the appointment the doctor cancelled and all you did was send one text message. I'm coming from Herceg Novi in the middle of summer just for you to send me back home.

Huge gratitude to the dermatologist doctor Natasha. The diagnosis was made very competently, the prescribed treatment is working!!! The appointment was arranged very quickly and to the point (messages were sent to 15 clinics across Montenegro) — these responded very quickly and to the point.

Very unprofessional, for a dermatological "examination" of two minutes they charged 50 euros and told us something we already knew. We were told to schedule a procedure with the nurse, and when we tried, we were told they don't do those areas — they could at least agree among themselves whether they do it or not. For this, I repeat, "examination" we traveled two hours, which we also emphasized when booking, only to be sent away like this.

All praise! First of all, I must emphasize that I am from Serbia, I came to Montenegro and the first recommendation for pregnancy care was this clinic. Dr. Boljević is an excellent gynecologist — kind, polite, attentive, takes care of every detail. He thoroughly guides you. He is available for any question, literally 24h in communication with patients. Whenever something is unclear, or you have any fear, he is there to explain everything in detail. Also the staff, i.e. the nurses, are very kind, gentle, and pleasant to work with. Simply wonderful, and we know that for every pregnant woman that is most important — kindness and gentleness. And what is most important of all, generally everyone can afford this treatment (at least once a month), the prices are similar, almost the same as in Serbia, affordable and fair.

All praise to Poliklinika Natal for bringing together the best doctors, as well as a professional and kind team of nurses. I especially highlight prof. dr Aleksandra Vuksanovic Bozaric. Warm recommendation.

Unprofessional blood draw, long wait at the radiologist, the internal medicine exam "can" be done without the patient with the explanation "if we don't call you, everything is fine." And so on... All in all, disappointed. I expected much better treatment considering this is a top-equipped clinic.

By chance I visited the Naral polyclinic, and I would praise the kindness of the nurses who work with dr. Jeremic as well as the lady through whom I booked my appointment — kind and accommodating, unlike the rude, unkind and unfriendly nurses who work for Jeremic in Belgrade
