Reviews
47My father was examined by Dr. Nataša Vukotić Đuričanin and had a very good experience. The doctor was patient, carefully examined the skin lesion and clearly explained what the issue was and what the further recommendations are. The approach was very professional and pleasant, which meant a lot to my father.
Very positive experience with Dr. Nataša. During the examination, patience and approachability are noticeable. The therapy was spot on and quickly gave good results. Kudos also to the friendly staff and fast appointment scheduling. Everything proceeded very professionally and without waiting.
Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional attitude from the clerk at the counter this morning in the first shift, at 11:30, on 4.2.2026.
Additionally, after her colleague pointed out that it was her mistake (and a beginner's mistake at that), the lady did not even apologize but finished her duties in the same manner.
Appointment scheduled a month in advance. Only to be told on the day of the appointment that the doctor DOES NOT ACCEPT private insurance, with which they have a regular cooperation.
I offered to pay the difference (which is only 10e, the insurance pays 90e due to the contract, otherwise you pay 100). They say it can't be done, the doctor doesn't accept???
Now I don't know if I'm the crazy one here or what?
Honestly terrible for a private hospital, like everything in Podgorica relatively speaking. You pay money and they don't care about you at all.
No one will warn you that certain diagnostic procedures take several days.
The level of service and the attitude of the pompous quasi-nurses is stuck in 2010.
