Hello. I want to leave a review because I think it's necessary! On Wednesday 17.12.2025 I rushed to this laboratory to get my tests done. I was very worried because my level of Montenegrin is still very poor. But! The girl who attended to me was incredible! I had translated everything in advance using a translator, but I hadn't prepared some things: like my name, documents, etc. They understood me, helped me, told me 100 times not to rush and that everything was fine. Then, when we moved on to drawing blood - the girl asked if I was afraid of needles or not. She calmed me down and kept saying everything would be fine. She drew it very carefully and quickly. And the results arrived by 13:00 to my email. I went to the one near the Eko gas station in Budva. I am very grateful for such a pleasant experience.

After an hour and a half of waiting, at the moment when it was our turn, we were told that children have priority. When we expressed dissatisfaction about the long wait, dr Čizmovic reacted unpleasantly and unprofessionally, which is why we gave up on the examination.

Disgrace, I paid 140€ to have my wart removed. The treatment was unsuccessful and the wart grew back. I asked them to check it and they wanted another 40€ for an examination that I had already paid for. This is robbery, they have no respect for their work. It's a money trap. They don't care about people's health. I paid 140€ to have my wart grow back. I'm asking them for help and they don't even reply to my message.

We got into the clinic the same day we needed it. Everyone was very polite. Our son and husband were examined by the doctor. The nurses at the reception were very kind and helpful. Thank you for the help, we hope we won't need to come again 😅 but we will recommend this place to our friends who go to Montenegro for vacation :) Best regards

I recommend this clinic for everyone who needs a professional consult. Thanks to dr Ognjen Jovicevic for treating my ear infection and for his patience explaining me the treatment. All done in english. The next day I was again with my kid that developed fever and another doctor took care of him too. Everything went smooth, I had prior appointment but with my kid I just went to the clinic and in 30 min we had the treatment done !
