I initially visited this clinic a few years ago. My review was originally written in Russian, but recently I translated it into English to make it more accessible. I only changed the language — I did not delete or reupload the review, nor did I change or add any photos. The attached photos are mine, taken during my actual visit in 2022. Their metadata and the upload date on Google clearly confirm this. I also have the original files to prove it.
After translating my old review, I received a public response (see photo) from the clinic falsely accusing me of stealing photos from the internet, claiming I never visited the clinic, and even threatening to report me to the police. These are serious accusations that have no factual basis and could be considered defamatory.
Instead of accepting calm, non-aggressive criticism (I gave 3 out of 5 stars), the clinic chose to publicly attack a client and question a genuine experience. The fact that the clinic may have been renovated since my visit does not invalidate my past experience or the issues I faced at that time.
Their aggressive and threatening response says more than any review could. It reflects how they choose to treat former patients who dare to leave honest and constructive feedback.
