Today we went for an examination with a 5-year-old child, on the sixth day of illness: cough, severe nasal congestion, temperature up to 39.5. On the day of the examination in the morning, the temperature rose again to 39.1, an antipyretic was given before arrival. Doktor Hadžić measured the temperature with an electronic thermometer and got a reading of 35.4, and based on that concluded that the child was "absolutely healthy." Before the examination, we privately had blood tests done, the results of which indicate a viral infection. During the examination: – the medical history (6 days of high temperature) was practically ignored – the lungs were listened to through the shirt, not on bare skin – no recommendations or therapy were given, not even symptomatic – during the throat examination, an already used wooden spatula was used, which is a gross violation of sanitary rules I consider this examination to be superficial and unsafe, especially when it concerns a child with a high temperature. We are very disappointed with the attitude and level of healthcare.

Disgusting organization. We visited a doctor with a child who had a fever. The doctor ordered tests. The next day we came and submitted the tests early in the morning. Results can only be picked up between 1 and 2 PM. I came to pick up the tests, but they don't give them out, they'll be in the doctor's computer, they say. Although it's written that in our situation they won't be at the doctor's, we need to pick them up ourselves. They have a note on the door with this written on it. You explain this to them - they refuse to agree. They never gave us the tests. In the evening we came to the doctor with the child. And the doctor doesn't have these tests, because they needed to be picked up at lunchtime!! The result - no diagnosis, no treatment prescribed. Idiotic process organization. Disgusting interaction between departments. In one building 30 meters apart from each other in the 21st century they can't organize a process. It turns out you can't get service because it's a vicious circle. They don't give out tests (unknown why), and the doctor doesn't receive them.

I spent two hours in this clinic to get a standard medical certificate for residence, despite the fact that there were only two or three people in line. Other clinics in Budva don't issue such certificates (I wonder why). It's easier to go to Podgorica and get it there than to waste time watching the staff not work, just wandering around the clinic and chatting with colleagues.

Every healthcare institution should have a doctor like dr Marija Zekic. Professional, expert, the best diagnostician! For us, the patients, it means a lot that dr Marija treats everything she can in her office, she doesn't send patients to other specialists across Montenegro like other doctors do, but works with patients as if she works in a hospital. She has saved and cured many and thank her for that. When she retires, close Dom zdravlja because there will be no one to treat us.

Mrs. Dr. Milica Marović and her assistants are first class. Pleasant, Kind, fast diagnosis and even faster solution, all praise. I came to the tourist clinic because of a rash (allergy). The doctor is a pro at her job, reacted immediately, explained everything slowly and calmly, I simply have no words. With this Doctor everyone is in good hands and can rely on her. If everyone were like you, Doctor, and like your assistants, everything would be easier. Thank you for everything! Big Greetings from the guy in the red cap 😀

With pleasure I write these lines of praise for the staff of the Hemodialysis Department in Budva. I established the first contact with the service by phone from Belgrade. To my surprise, there was no waiting forever for someone to answer. As a hemodialysis patient I arrive at the Center on 11.08.'25. There my delight with the reception process is completed. The kindness of head nurse Vera, Dr. Marija is at an enviable level, to be wished for in every healthcare institution. The equipment of the department itself with dialysis machines, accompanying equipment, hygiene, dedication to patients, the food they prepare is praiseworthy. The fact that patients are continuously prepared for transplantations under the auspices of the state, that the number is considerable, is amazing (compared to Serbia). Nurses Ljubica, Ljubica (Buba), Milka whom I met during dialysis days deserve praise for kindness, professionalism, expertise, dedication. Warm regards also to the lady whose name I don't know, who makes sure the entire space is impeccably clean. I return to Belgrade and my Hemodialysis Center enriched by what I experienced and saw. I can't believe something like this exists in Montenegro Today I came to Dom zdravlja Budva at 13:30 because the Dermatologist starts at 14:00. At the information desk there was nobody today and wherever I asked nobody knew the answer. I have the impression that people here come to work by force, uninterested, unkind, hanging on their phones (with rare exceptions). Finally I was told room 29, when I got there there were already 5-6 patients, at 14:30 I asked the nurse if the Dr. is working today, the answer was at 15:00, the nurse was sitting with someone who cut in line and was munching chips, didn't even look at me. Finally I got my turn with Mrs. Dr.... and she was also frowning and uninterested, I wonder if these people even get paid because that's the impression I got. Sad, sad, sad

Gspdj. Dr. Milica Marović i njeni asistenti su prva liga. Prijatni, Ljubazni, brza dijagnoza i još brze riješenje, sve pohvale. Došao u turističku ambulantu zbog ospia (alergije). Doktorica je profi u svom poslu, odmah reagovala, sve objasnila polako i smireno, jednostavno nemam riječi. Kod ove Doktorice su svi u dobrim rukama i mogu da se oslone. Da su svi kao vi Doktorice i kao vaši asistenti, sve bi bilo lakše. Hvala vam na svemu! Veliki Pozdrav od momka u crvenom kačketu 😀
