Had a very negative experience with this dental surgery, in order to get a scan and a second opinion on the implantation procedure, inquire about pricing. Dr Ilija was rude and swore in Serbian at me, it would seem due to - the many questions that I had regarding the procedure and pricing. While performing the scan no gloves were worn. He tried to add on to the initial quoted price (over phone) a bone grafting materials 400+ euros - I have been told at other practices that this would not be required in my case. Dr Ilija did not speak neither English or Russian well, so I had to try and understand a mixture of Russian and Serbian. I found him to be rude. I was promised a scan of my tooth to be sent via email, they told me that they will do that later. I am yet to receive said scan. Subsequently I got my dental work done elsewhere

I am very happy with 2 implant treatments done by Ilija and Ljubica during 2025. This is true family business, their work is performed up the highest quality standards with patient-centered care. I truly recommend Veselinovic dental practice if you primarily looking for high standards of dental treatments.

OK, I don't know where to start… I'm from Croatia and on a vacation about 600 km from home (I'm from Slavonia and the holidays are in Dubrovnik), and of course as it goes everything can't be fine — and the pain caught me, i.e. a wisdom tooth broke through, didn't break through, everything was swelling, basically a sleepless night… And what can I do, I have to deal with it, and I'm afraid of the dentist more than, well, I don't know Joker from Batman or Tom from Jerry; in general I don't know how to describe my fear of the dentist, let alone tooth extraction… And so I head to Dr. Veselinović — search, turn, swerve, come back, when suddenly here I am… I walk in, a 25 kg sword is being threatened over me if I'm not mistaken — I said, well, the end of my life 🤣🤣 Jokes aside, in my opinion the strongest dentist I have ever had the chance to meet, both you, doctor, and your whole team. I want to thank you with all my heart, especially because on Saturday, when you had a lot of bigger obligations, you fit me into the schedule even though I called that very day… The price is nothing for how much work and how much mess around that tooth — hats off to you… I recommend it to everyone — first of all, IT IS PAINLESS, I can confirm that, and beyond that — a team to wish for, from entry to exit. DON'T GO HERE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!! They literally robbed me — the most expensive and the worst dentist in the history of healthcare! When I returned to Germany, my fillings fell out and my teeth hurt constantly. The doctor is arrogant, uncultured, haughty, and the nurse is rude. This place should be closed for the well-being of other patients.

While traveling with my family, in Herceg Novi I had a dental emergency with a wisdom tooth, accompanied by extreme pain, and that on Good Friday. Dr Ljubica saw me immediately and solved the problem. About her professionalism, attitude toward the patient, and communication, one can speak only in superlatives. From me, this practice gets the highest possible rating, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I don't recommend it. I made an appointment with the doctor about the veneer repair. The doctor missed the color, after the nurse said it wasn't the color, he replied "who's going to look at it, it's better now than it was". When I asked him to put the correct color, the answer is that he does not have the correct color, and if it was clear on the scale that there is a lighter color. The answer was, who will watch it? After that, he replied that the veneer will definitely crack, and that I should not come to him when it cracks. I thought why didn't he tell me right away. The veneer I did earlier lasted two years. So I thought his would too. However, after a few hours, his veneer cracked. I don't recommend it at all.

Dr Ilija is a master of his craft. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I got one right away; the anesthesia and the extraction were absolutely painless and fast. All credit and every recommendation. As for prices, 40 years of experience justifies every cent and I think there is no point in discussing it.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Dr. Veselinović and her team, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The consultation and competence I experienced at the Veselinović practice were outstanding. The practice was extremely clean and the entire team extremely friendly, experienced, and competent. It is a real treat to find such a family practice where you can even communicate in German. Before my visit to the dental clinic of Dr. Veselinović I had already had a prophylaxis at another dental clinic, but I was very unsatisfied with the result. It seemed as though someone there had simply botched the work, and afterwards I had unpleasant grooves on the tooth surface that had not been there before. Fortunately, Dr. Veselinović was able to fix this problem immediately and provided me with a thorough and professional prophylaxis. She took the time to advise me in detail and also recommended suitable products for tooth care afterwards. This experience exceeded my expectations, even though the website, the advertising on the streets, and the practice itself already gave an extremely positive impression. From now on, I will exclusively use Dr. Veselinović and her team for my and my family's dental needs. I can recommend this practice 100%! Thank you for the excellent care and outstanding work. The doctors here certainly do love their job and do it professionally. Although, I’d appreciate a better work ethic - calm explanation, clear advice and support would do much better than the emotional exclamations of “catastrofa, I’ve never seen anything like this before, it’s so bad, so bad!” etc, it’s not appropriate and certainly not very polite, and calling other doctors from the clinic to take a look and them doing it without gloves is just bad. I had to stop that emotional something and ask a few times simple direct questions to understand what treatments for me are necessary and what are optional and in what order. I’ve never had this kind of experience before, especially for that price. This is the reason why people are often scared of going to healthcare till it’s late, cz of judgemental statements and familiarity, the way it was happening often in the past. I guess, the lack of competitors does its job here in beautiful Monty.
