As a tourist, I was helped immediately at the practice without an appointment and with an acute problem. The medical assistant and doctor treated me very kindly, and smooth communication in English was possible. I was able to pay on the spot with a card, and I was also issued an invoice with the findings, so I could forward it to a potential travel insurance. All in all, I was very satisfied with my experience and have nothing negative to note.
