I’ve been living in Montenegro for about 10 years now, and over that time I’ve visited quite a few medical facilities. But Bono Medica is the first clinic I can truly call a family clinic, not just in name, but in how it actually feels.🫶 A special thank you to Dr. Miljan Zindović , thanks to him, my mother received help during a very difficult time. Dr. Miljan Zindović saved my mother's life. The surgery was urgent, there was no time for preparation and he didn't hesitate to take on this responsibility. He is not only an exceptional surgeon with golden hands he is a truly remarkable human being. This is a doctor who seems to have 30 hours in his day instead of 24. His decisiveness, professionalism, and readiness to act in a critical moment this is what saves lives. His attentiveness to patients, calm confidence, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time for our family a little easier. He gave us not just excellent medical care, but also hope. The best clinic by far in Montenegro, the best specialists work here. Dr Miljan Zindovic is the best surgeon, such an approach and attitude towards the patient is rarely encountered. The staff is extremely kind, professional and cheerful. All recommendations for a fantastic clinic.

Doctor Zindović performed the surgery, 12 hours later I was discharged completely without any pain relief, and still not fully recovered from anesthesia. The doctor himself was late and instead of the scheduled lunch time, I waited for the operation until night… After which the doctor didn't communicate with me and simply left… and went on vacation for a month… I managed to get communication and a meeting only after three weeks… all this time the pain continued and bleeding, ME AND MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT PAIN AND BLEEDING WERE ABSOLUTELY IGNORED! There was no post-operative treatment at all. After 5 months at this point I am still being treated after Zindović's operation, but already with a surgeon online! The clinic Bono Medica (Budva) where I found this doctor and the clinic Dr Zejnilović (Bar) where I was operated on, apparently bears no responsibility, just like the doctor! Disgusting condition after such medical intervention…

Overall I can recommend the clinic. Special thanks to surgeon — dr. Miljan Zindović, he is attentive and very helpful. Doctors speak English well, which is fantastic! I also appreciated chat in Telegram, it was easy to make an appointment in Russian language and the responding person helped me in non-operating hours when I had doubts. There are certain things that I didn’t like though, i.e. recommendations are not full enough when they prepare you before a procedure and the same after, so please be mindful and take care to ask as many questions as you can think of in case you’re not sure about smth. Timing could be much better as well, I had a visit scheduled for 11am but was accepted at around 11:40, afterwards I was told they could perform a prescribed procedure in 30 min but I waited for more than an hour. Well, patients’ time should be valued more as this is the private (and not the cheapest) clinic. Also the ladies at reception desk don’t speak English, only Montenegrin and a bit of Russian. The organization could be better but I believe the clinic team is taking the right direction.
