Dr Stevan Kulušić nakon zavrsenog Stomatološkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu počinje sa radom 2011.godine, dok svoju privatnu praksu, Dental studio dr Kulušić osniva 2014.godine u Nikšiću. Uporedo sa stomatološkom praksom, nastavlja sa edukacijama u zemlji i inostranstvu, iz oblasti estetkse stomatologije, protetike, oralne hirurgije i najčešće implantologije, što kasnije vodi ka završenoj specijalizaciji iz oralne hirurgije. Edukacije u Beogradu, Budimpešti, Zadru, Zagrebu, Opatiji, Dubaiju i Kanjiži koje podrazumijevaju i višednevne boravke kod dr Tamaša Kovača, kao i višenedeljne boravke kod dr Zorana Lazica su definisali i usmjerili dr Stevana ka poljima protetike i oralne hirirgije. Oženjen je Milenom, otac Gavrila i Lenke. Slobodno vrijeme voli da provodi u prirodi, pasionirani skijaš.
