Dr. GACINA is a dentist you couldn't wish for better! As a child, my wife Klaudia broke her lower jaw in an accident. At 50, that jaw was so weak that all teeth had to be extracted. Years of gluing wobbly dentures followed, because we didn't have the approximately 18,000 € co-payment for implants in Germany. On vacation in Montenegro, we stumbled upon Dr. GACINA's practice and received a quote that was within our budget and (including an orthodontic specialist brought in) amounted to about a third of that. At the first surgery she received 6 implants, and today my wife is getting her final and perfect "third teeth". She is overjoyed because everything was done with virtually no pain and in an incredibly trusting and reliable atmosphere. That includes his staff as well. Dr. GACINA is not only the best dentist, but also a truly good person! I'm not exaggerating. We are very grateful and wish him and his team all the very best. Thank you!

Since then, for the second year now, I only go to him. There was dental treatment, fillings, and prosthetics. Everything at the highest level. He cured my dental nerves that had been bothering me for a long time. Today was a wisdom tooth extraction and it also went perfectly! My wife visited the doctor for dental treatment and fillings. My children, 8 years old, also receive treatment at this clinic with Dr. Lara Kočović. In Dr. Nikola we found our doctor — a wonderful specialist, a true professional, and a caring person. Dr. Gaćina is certainly one of the best dentists in Montenegro. In a modern office with the latest equipment, he performs all dental services. Through personal experience, I can confirm that he is a true professional. He resolved my dental needs in 45 minutes. Some dentists in Podgorica told me that those requirements would take about a month. The price of service is more than acceptable. He inspires trust both as a person and as a doctor. I would recommend Nikola 100%. I was on holiday when a problem arose, Nikola was recommended to me by a local person. An appointment was arranged at short notice, from first contact the service was excellent, I needed several appointments for checking and fittings before Nikola was happy he had done the best job, to say he was a perfectionist with me is an understatement. Work completed and a very happy customer and Dentist. I wish I could get the same service where I live. On my return to Montenegro I will be arranging a follow up appointment.

I had a severe abscess due to a wisdom tooth problem. Nikola prescribed the treatment, and after the swelling went down, he performed a complex extraction surgery. Everything went well, the doctor constantly cared for me and checked on my condition. A huge thank you to Nikola. Amazing treatment with Dr Nikola. Had filling broken whilst on holiday in Petrovac. Hotel rep recommended Dr Nikola and actually took me to him. Appointment made day after so extremely quick service. Dr Nikola spent over an hour with me and removed old filling and substituted it with nice white filling which was very smooth and comfortable; also painless. He then cleaned and polished all my teeth. Result was superb and such good value; sooooo much cheaper than UK. May go back to him to sort out rest of teeth as he can do them at such a reasonable cost. Very impressed. Thank you Nikola.

I am very satisfied with the work of doctor Nikola! The injection was painless and very effective. Two fillings were done under one anesthesia. The atmosphere was friendly and calm, even for someone who panics as much as I do, it was peaceful and almost not scary :) I recommend!
