The owner is polite, but I had an appointment with Dr. Jakup. I had a consultation, and the doctor was a bit rude. His answers to my questions were accompanied by sighs, as if I was really annoying him. My second appointment was to have my sixth tooth extracted for an implant. I also wanted to ask about another tooth, but the doctor said he didn't have time. The extraction went quickly, after which he went for coffee. After the extraction, he didn't stitch the wound or take an X-ray. It turned out he didn't remove a small piece of the root, which is why I had to postpone the implant for a couple of months. I'm not saying this is a bad clinic, but some doctors need to understand that they work with people and show more empathy to get people to come back.
