Avoid at all costs due to complete incompetence. I received a report stating that I cannot hear up to 135 dB (which is at the level of a jet engine sound and the threshold of pain), indicating severe hearing loss. A second specialist examination and a new audiogram confirmed that my hearing is perfectly normal. Such errors are dangerous and unacceptable for a medical institution.

In this polyclinic works a doctor who is an example, Dr Igor Jovanovic, rheumatologist. I believe from everyone's experience and confirm from my own, that the doctor is more than excellent. First an accurate diagnosis, then the right therapy, explains everything nicely, and gives honest advice. The man literally outshone half the doctors I know. And I will always gladly return to him if needed... but if nothing else, I will loudly recommend him to everyone. If only all our doctors were like that... Along with him, strong praise goes to the younger nurse who works at reception. I have rarely encountered such kindness and professionalism. You two, You have illuminated the Polyclinic, and your profession.

The doctors are wonderful and solution-oriented. But unfortunately the reception is problematic. And when we contact them to make an appointment, they just mark the messages as read. I would recommend this place to everyone. However, the person managing the appointment system should be reviewed.

Definitely thrilled with the ResurFX treatment for skin renewal and reducing enlarged pores. 5 stars go mostly to Dr. Stjepan Patrun who is incredibly competent and kind. Super fast response time and quick to get an appointment. All of the staff were great and many spoke English. The cost to get a bone density scan was only €30

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff, except for the driver of their van, who thinks everyone should wait for him while he pays for something in the store, because he is the only one who matters.

Wonderful experience with Poliklinika Filipovic Dr. Mladen Filipovic was a wonderful radiologist and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a good X ray diagnostic, great medical care , and follow-up. I am so glad I chose and would highly recommend Poliklinika Filipovic to anyone.

Unprofessional and irresponsible. Unprofessional: Doing an X-ray on a patient twice in one day (30 minutes to be precise) because "the previous one didn't work" is more than irresponsible. Of course, it must happen when you use junk equipment and don't invest in new modern one. Irresponsible: Giving a patient a diagnosis for something you are not qualified for. You like to create drama, the reasons you know.

I am not satisfied with the Filipović clinic, here's why. My wife went to this clinic for a gastroscopy, had her stomach scanned under anesthesia and also had a test done to check for bacteria, that test costs €30 which is not disputable, but tonight when she went to pick up the results the doctor told her another €20 for a follow-up examination (but they never told her there would be an additional €20 charge). The examination was only to give her the results, the doctor said it was a follow-up because she needed to read the results. I wonder why she paid those €30 if it doesn't include reading the results? This is shameful, this is pure robbery.

Unprofessional staff at the reception. 1. You can be the only clinic in Montenegro, I will never come to you again. I hope that the doctors who practice in your facility are reading this and that they will understand how much money they are losing due to the unprofessionalism of the staff who obviously don't care about the patient or the doctors.
