I do not recommend coming here with serious problems. My wife had obvious signs of appendicitis — they did an examination, tests, ultrasound, and prescribed only antibiotics. The next day we had to do an emergency surgery on the way to Serbia. The surgeon who operated was surprised the diagnosis had not been made earlier.

I submitted a test for antibiotics and bacteria (it is 4 times more expensive than usual). After 5 hours they sent a general test (which was not needed) with the note "no bacteria found" without colony count (CFU/ml). And according to protocol, a bacteriological culture is kept for at least 24 hours. In other words, they simply did the wrong test and lied that everything was fine.

A visit to Maj Lab clinic is a real disaster. I came with a suspicion of pneumonia. The doctor measured my blood pressure and said: "Low. Throat is red. I don't think it's pneumonia." The diagnosis could have ended there — she wasn't even going to listen to my lungs until I persistently asked.
After listening she said she heard wheezing in the right lung and "better to take an antibiotic." No tests, no X-ray — just an antibiotic right away, by eye. I insisted on an X-ray. They did it, but it turned out the result and conclusion would only be ready the next day and would be sent by email.
A day passed, then a day and a half — the X-ray was never sent. I remind you: I came with a suspicion of pneumonia.
75 euros — for nothing. And the prescribed treatment looks more like reading coffee grounds. If you want to throw your money away and risk your health — come here.

Disgusting, unprofessional laboratory. I submitted a nasal swab — they could not determine the number of bacteria in the swab, and the treatment depends on that count; the difference is significant: either use just an ointment or take a course of antibiotics. I got no concrete answer for my money. I do not recommend going there, and this despite the fact that I communicated in Montenegrin.

I visited a gynecologist today — he gave a possible diagnosis and said to get some tests done to check. I explained that I had already done those tests and they were clean, but he still said to redo them because he was sure the illness would be confirmed. He prescribed "just in case" tablets that would help "with everything". In the end the tests were clean, I am no closer to solving my problem, and I spent 100 euros.

I took my daughter because she had a fever and she was examined. The doctor requested blood and urine tests. We had the tests done at the laboratory next door. The tests and consultation totaled 41 €. When the results were ready I took them to the doctor, but surprisingly the doctor had left. They said he would come back tomorrow at 13:00. The next day I went to show the doctor the results and he prescribed my daughter a nonsensical medication that is no longer available in pharmacies. I searched for the medicine for hours but could not find it. In the end I went back to the hospital and asked him to change the prescription. They also charged me an extra 25 € because I showed the results to the doctor a day later. Even though I partly believe I was scammed, it doesn't change the fact that these absurd people are incompetent.

The receptionists are unfriendly — when we said the baby was sick and we needed urgent help, without consulting a pediatrician they told us that scheduled patients have priority and they cannot see us for the next 2 hours.
We have previously also been patients at the same clinic where the doctors are kind and thorough, but reception gets a rating of 1.

I had a health issue in the form of purulent tonsillitis. The skilled staff had me recovered in less than 24 hours.
All the employees I met here were kind, patient and accommodating (two different doctors and three different nurses).
Prices are more than fair!
I warmly recommend this clinic to anyone who has a health problem. You will not regret it!

15.08.2024 we were forced to visit the clinic in Budva due to an injury to a 10-year-old child's leg. The front desk staff were pleasant but not professional — it took me 10 minutes to explain what the reason for our visit was and that the problem was not me but the child. 😅 After the X-ray of the child's leg was done, no one called us as agreed — they just sent an email with the doctor's report, which stated that there is NO visible fracture of the foot! We then ended up in Risan and had the child put in a cast because the foot fracture was obvious!
So much for the competence of the doctor the clinic works with, at least in our case!😤😤
The only praise goes to medical technician Iva, who with personal dedication perfectly took the X-ray of the child's leg and herself could see, in that SO UNPROFESSIONAL way, that there was a fracture! Give this person a raise — she deserves it!

Today I brought a foreign friend who had injured his leg. First they sent us to a general practitioner who examined him for a total of 1 minute and said nothing concrete — surely a doctor can at least offer some opinion. Then we went for an X-ray, and the male technician there received us even worse. I asked him what he thought, he said he didn't know, then commented that it might be broken but he wasn't sure. Then your system of sending images to the doctor by email and having the doctor respond by email is truly unbelievable. And to top it all off, the attitude of the nurse at reception was absolutely dreadful — such an arrogant person, my eyes couldn't believe it. This is truly no way to treat a foreign patient. The report the general practitioner wrote for us contains one sentence — I am ashamed of such a report, and the situation I described to him about his leg is far more serious. I would truly like your superiors to pay attention to the behavior of your employees.
