The experience with the pediatric urologist was very poor. He told the child to undress and lie down on a bed that had no paper on it, just a bare bed that hadn't been disinfected in front of us. The doctor wasn't wearing a coat and we practically talked at the door after the examination. The examination lasted a minute, and all the communication was about how to come to him at another private facility for surgery. It all came down to self-praise without honest advice. The price of 50€ for that is not adequate. Never again!

About ten days ago I got a referral from my doctor to do Lactofan tests. Not knowing what it was about, nor what exactly each test entails, I went to do them as directed. When I arrived at Milmedika in Podgorica, I was greeted by the wonderful healthcare worker Filip Medvidović. He explained everything from start to finish — how one test works, how the other works. He encouraged me, and roughly every 15 minutes he would come to check if I was okay, if I felt nauseous, if I needed anything. I had his support throughout the test itself. In my mind, the tests were going to be hard, exhausting, complicated. Afraid I wouldn't complete the test properly, I only received words of encouragement. The tests last three hours each. Three long, grueling hours, but it flew by. Therefore, my great recommendation for this wonderful young man. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support, explanations, and encouragement. The way he welcomed me in Podgorica was the same in Nikšić for the second test. A big THANK YOU. 🌸

Unfortunately, a very bad experience with the dermatological examination by Dr. Nataša Vukotić Đuričanin. The examinations lasted only a few minutes, without detailed explanation or discussion of possible causes of the problem, and the recommended therapy was neither justified nor adapted. Also, the doctor's unpleasant behavior left an additional bad impression. I expected a much more professional approach for the price of the examination. The clinic staff was, as always, exceptionally kind and professional. I contacted the clinic by email, I received no response at all.

I don't think there is a clinic as indifferent as this one. Especially in the dermatology department, the doctor didn't even bother to wear gloves during the examination. Instead, I was forced to examine myself, which I find unacceptable. Despite this lack of proper medical care, a fee was still charged. Furthermore, for a condition that is known to be treatable, the doctor told me that there was no cure. This response was not only discouraging but also unprofessional. I strongly believe that even asking an AI would have provided me with clearer and more accurate information.

I came for an ECG, a very kind girl did the examination and sent me to a general practitioner to interpret the results. Dr. Dubravka Barović, when she found out that I was awaiting surgery, said that I needed to separately schedule an appointment with her. She didn't listen to me at all when I tried to explain that I was already under the supervision of another general practitioner at the same clinic who is currently on vacation, and that for now I only needed an ECG interpretation before doing blood tests and getting a final opinion. I understand that someone may have a bad day or mood, but why does a doctor allow herself to yell at a patient, to address them in such a tone and ruin their day?

Perfect staff! All compliments and the only clinic in Podgorica where the staff behaves professionally and has empathy for patients. Highly recommended and keep it up! They moved my doctor's appointment 2 hours later and didn't even call me or warn me about the change, and when I arrived at the scheduled time they argued with me. It's long overdue for them to change their approach to scheduling — they write in their outdated paper journal where they themselves don't understand who is scheduled where. Electronic scheduling was invented long ago. They don't have many doctors on staff, usually doctors come from outside. Also, I had scheduled an appointment with a general practitioner, but instead I was seen by a cardiologist whom I recognized because I had already visited her as well. In everything else, I used to be satisfied with their services — you can quickly get tests done and have an X-ray here.
