Review of childbirth at the Clinical Center, gynecology department. I was hospitalized due to suddenly onset preeclampsia, which I had managed to avoid throughout the entire pregnancy. But at 38 weeks and 5 days, I was hit with blood pressure of 170/110 and a headache. We took all the prepared maternity bags and went. On Friday I was hospitalized, and delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Huge thanks to doctor Miljutin Mitrović, who tried his best to do everything delicately and as well as possible, thanks to the midwives and the doctor who didn't give up, even though I had already given up myself. The baby was born at 3:15 AM, 9/9 on the Apgar scale, 3400g and 52cm tall, a tiny one compared to his older brothers, coming out with a fist by his face like Superman. And he had a double nuchal cord wrap around his neck, which the midwife quickly removed so he wouldn't injure his neck during full delivery. This was my third birth, but I was literally going crazy from the pain. And huge thanks to all the staff who didn't get aggressive with me like they did in Russia whenever something wasn't right, but showed humanity and understanding. The doctor was always nearby, the midwife came at every request. Considering the late hour of the birth, this is very valuable. I'm a little embarrassed now about my performance there, but I was simply beside myself from shock and pain.

My family and I have used the services of KBC multiple times (from the maternity ward, surgery and laboratory to orthopedics) and the experience has been excellent every time. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and dedicated doctors. Considering the limited resources and conditions they work in, as well as the frequent lack of manners from some of the public, the KBC staff are truly real heroes - an example of sacrifice, professionalism and dedication to other people.

Huge thanks to Doctor Professor Saša Raičević, who made it possible for the second time for me to have the most beautiful experience during childbirth, thanks also to midwife Jovanka Stanimirović and anesthesiologist Alma Kalač. The highest level of professionalism and humanity. Also thanks to the entire staff for their kindness, care and professionalism. A feeling of safety and comfort, everything a woman needs during and after childbirth.

Dr. Miljan Zindović saved my mother's life. The surgery was urgent, there was no time for preparation and he didn't hesitate to take on this responsibility. He is not only an exceptional surgeon with golden hands he is a truly remarkable human being. This is a doctor who seems to have 30 hours in his day instead of 24. His decisiveness, professionalism, and readiness to act in a critical moment this is what saves lives. His attentiveness to patients, calm confidence, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time for our family a little easier. He gave us not just excellent medical care, but also hope. We came to him in the most terrifying moment of our lives and he didn't let us down. We are also deeply grateful to the entire staff of the Clinical Center of Montenegro for their care and support. From the bottom of our hearts, from our whole family thank you, Dr. Zindović. You saved the most precious person in our lives. We are forever grateful. Mariia Panchenko

Worst medical experience I’ve had. I went in with severe ear pain, but the ENT (ORL) doctor didn’t even bother to properly examine me. I was told that since my hearing was fine, there was no reason to investigate further. Five days later, I’m still in pain. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care. The healthcare system in this country is extremely disappointing. As everything in this country!

I have no words to describe the kindness of the doctors and the nurse (reception desk) at the ophthalmology department of the children's clinic - doctors Jelena Vukovic, Zeljko Maras and doctor Dragana whose last name I forgot (a problem that at our University Hospital Center is handled only by ophthalmologists from the children's clinic). I came a month ago for an examination, where the young dr Vukovic examined me, suggested surgery and said to expect them to call me in 2/3 months due to the backlog, but that they would try to find an earlier appointment because of my age (under 30). They scheduled my appointment just a month later after all, and I came the day before the scheduled surgery, where dr Zeljko Maras and Dragana examined me again, dr Maras operated on me the next day and resolved a long-standing problem. All in all, all three of them and the nurse at the reception were so patient, dedicated and warm-hearted, much more than I would have been satisfied with, which greatly eased my stay and the stress that naturally accompanies a hospital stay and a surgical procedure. If any of you are reading this, be proud and aware that this is the best and most righteous path and that it makes a huge difference to the average patient who often arrives scared and full of uncertainty before surgery, and please always stay the way you are.

Disgraceful! A guy comes in who was hit by a cuttlefish in the head and that day he didn't feel pain except at the moment of impact, however symptoms and pain have been increasing over these two days. He goes tonight to get examined because the pain was much worse and they send him back, telling him to come back tomorrow if it doesn't pass! And what if their tomorrow is too late?!

All praise to the team of doctors from the Emergency Center in Podgorica! I especially want to highlight dr Filip Zlatičanin who, in the Internal Medicine clinic, received my husband, a dialysis patient, and despite difficult conditions, thoroughly assessed his health condition. Unlike other coastal health centers in Montenegro, Podgorica has excellent doctors. A big Thank You for the help provided!

★★★★☆ – Medically excellent, but front-desk and security staff are a weak point The Clinical Center in Podgorica clearly deserves a strong recommendation from a medical perspective. My wife has given birth here twice, both times at the gynecology department under the leadership of Dr. Azis Haliti – a physician who exceeds expectations: highly skilled, calm, compassionate, and experienced. The ward staff is equally professional, attentive, and kind. Internal procedures are well-organized, the facilities are modern, and cleanliness inside the hospital is outstanding. Medically: absolutely top-notch. So why not five stars? Because everything that happens before reaching the medical departments leaves much to be desired. The security personnel at the entrance often behave in a disrespectful, arrogant, and unnecessarily authoritarian manner. They create an atmosphere of tension rather than safety and seem more concerned with showing authority than doing their actual job. The same applies to the staff at registration and patient intake – often unfriendly, visibly stressed, and lacking empathy. As a relative, you feel more like a disturbance than someone in need of help or guidance. Conclusion: Four stars – and that’s solely thanks to the excellent medical treatment and the outstanding work on the wards. The initial impression at the entrance would barely earn a single star, but everything beyond that point lifts the overall experience significantly. Should we need these services again, we would return – hoping that the front-desk experience eventually rises to meet the hospital's medical standard.
