It's unprofessional that the lady at the counter asked us to wait, without even a "good day, how can I help you". When after some time we asked if we would be served soon, she picked up the phone and started talking without any response to us. Great unprofessionalism and unwillingness to work. I won't even talk about friendliness. We just left and there were still no comments. Really bad experience.

Fast results, in the area one of the most pleasant medical laboratories (there are even worse ones near the health center where they can't draw blood on the first try and make several punctures) But!! Specifically at Invitro, in 9 out of 10 cases the nurse won't put on gloves! And will draw blood with bare hands. Once the nurse even had someone else's blood on her ring. Every time I want to ask them to put on gloves, but I don't manage to, because everything happens very quickly and only after the fact I realize that once again the hands were without gloves

Unfortunately, I had to face such a necessity. It was a scheduled test for a specific analysis. Essentially, a laboratory is a laboratory everywhere. I was warned that medicine and related concerns here are not at the best level. Apparently, this was the perception of quasi-patriots. I'll note 2 points. Prices for tests and doctor visits (if you don't have local insurance, it's logical that the service is paid) are absolutely comparable to Russian ones. They offered me a choice of blood draw from finger or vein (in Russia I only encountered this when bringing a child for tests). And I received the test result in 5 minutes (obviously it's my specific test, but I'm speaking from my experience). So everything is quite normal

Impressed. By accuracy, professionalism and speed. They said results would be after 17:00, I have received e-mail @17:24. They give you fiscal bill without you begging for it. And they know their job.
