I booked an appointment 10 days in advance, but I waited more than half an hour without any clear information about when my turn would come. Since it looked like the wait would last at least another half hour, I decided to leave. They definitely need to work on their organization.

This clinic is hell. I did the revision alone with Dr. Knezevic, assuring me that he would fix the problem, and he removed the entire cartilage of the nose. After that their behavior was extremely unprofessional and primitive. They work on the principle that they change the owner of the company, trying to avoid legal responsibility. Conniving fraudsters and nothing more 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I came for an appointment scheduled a day in advance at 3 PM, and I came from another city, and they tell me the doctor isn't there but will come at 7 PM, so if that works for you. A catastrophe and extremely unprofessional. I lost time, fuel, not to mention the ear pain I have to endure at least until tomorrow until I schedule an appointment somewhere else. If there were a zero, I'd give it to you.

For over half a year I've been bringing my small child here and never, absolutely never, have we been seen at our scheduled appointment time. Moreover, it often happened that someone who arrived after us got examined before us. The minimum waiting time was always an hour, and the technicians and doctors who are late can't even utter a simple sorry. The staff is also very unfriendly and never provides us patients with any relevant information.. I think this is truly a disgrace for a clinic that is supposedly among the best, because shorter lines and more professional service can be found even at the public hospital... Apart from that and the fact that they are expensive (and always charge exorbitantly despite delays) the experience with the doctors, in a medical sense, was perfectly fine

I am appalled by the way I was treated by the doctor Knežević. Because of all the positive reviews I was expecting a professional and knowledgeable person, and yet was left with VERY touchy, downright creepy doctor who, on top of all of that, was late. Don't know how he acquired a reputation which he has, but I know that I won't ever return to this place. I am as disgusted as I am disappointed.

I went to many places because of breathing problems, but without success. At IMC they solved it in a short time. Special praise for dr. Knežević. Kind and truly dedicated to patients. Unlike many, he doesn't rush to get you out of the office as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

The best ENT - dear doctor Vladan Knezevic. Always smiling and friendly. He knows how to work with patients, who trust him and keep coming back. Nurse Ana is also wonderful. The only problem is that you wait longer for the examination. And you probably won't be seen at your scheduled time.

Very professional office and friendly staff. Dr. Dimitrije helped me with atopic dermatitis that had been bothering me for years. After an accurate diagnosis and the therapy he recommended, the symptoms have decreased and I can finally live without constant itching and irritation.

Very kind and professional doctor! I had a problem with chronic sinus inflammation and I visited the clinic where dr. Popović works. After the examination he suggested an adequate therapy that significantly improved my breathing.
