Such a disrespectful, angry, Serbia is many times better, no matter if you are a tourist or a local.

Polyclinic
We came with a two-year-old child with a sore throat. The doctor and the receptionist ladies were very nice, very helpful. Basic knowledge of English but we managed to communicate without any problem. Cost of the pediatric visit was 30 EUR.
Went on a Sunday to emergency with breathing problems, staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. The Doctor and male nurse on duty were beyond amazing. Taking into consideration what they have to work with they do their utmost best..5 stars from me !!
We came at night with a child having an allergic attack. A cheerful young doctor quickly and professionally examined him, provided help, prescribed treatment. They asked for a passport, didn't charge any money for the treatment. Thank you, kind people! )))
We came for COVID testing 10 minutes before 7 a.m., the testing was supposed to start at 7:30, it started 15 minutes later, and we only got our turn at 9 a.m.
Local citizens have priority.
The service is slow and not organized.
Front desk was unprofessional, unmotivated. Waited one hour no doctor showed up. Don’t go here.
All praise for the epidemiology service. Doctor Jelena Pajčin is very kind, nice, and professional; the nurse and technician are also very nice. Pleasantly surprised.
A few evenings ago, I accompanied a patient who came to the emergency room as an urgent case. I was so impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Čobaja that I felt the need to publicly praise him.
Signed up in advance and arrived exactly at 7 a.m. There was already a long queue. We took the PCR only at 11. All locals must be allowed through without queuing.
One of the best services I have ever had in my life, very polite, caring and friendly staff.
A big hug to all the staff at the Medical Centre Kotor :-)
