The worst institution I've been to. I've been struggling with a stomach problem for 2 weeks now, and when I contacted them they told me they don't deal with such problems and that they're not the institution for that. If that's the case, why are you called HEALTH CENTER? Shameful.

Excellent team. They arrived in 2 minutes, quickly understood the situation and responded efficiently. Congratulations on their knowledge, suggestions and execution. I was pleasantly surprised by how service 124 works. An example for others.
Unkindness, rudeness, and arrogance from the duty nurse at the reception desk on 27.06.2024 in the afternoon. Bringing in patients out of turn based on acquaintance with the said nurse who works at the patient reception desk. A shame for the healthcare system of Montenegro. The younger the staff, the more arrogant the behavior. How long will it go on with connections and favors, and you're also supposed to keep quiet because, for God's sake, they think you came out of boredom to kill time at the Health Center, not out of need.
I wanted to leave a review because I’m reading the very negative reviews from visitors, and I have to say my experience was far different (for good). I fell on the ice on a run and it was very bad. My back. I was scared—in so much pain—and although it was indeed quite a long wait—the staff (front desk and doctor) were very kind and gentle with me. Grateful.
Simply terrible — if you want to get anything done, go private, because here they greet you as if you came out of spite. The white-haired female doctor is grumpy 24/7 and unkind. For God's sake, no one is to blame for the fact that they unfortunately need you. You are far from being a doctor. If I were in your place, I would be ashamed to take my salary. Take an example from the colleagues at the desk — the girls are extremely kind and helpful.
Pure rudeness. I came from another city to work and don't have the chance to go finish things back there. I came two days in a row to ask the "doctor" to issue me a referral for tests at Kotor hospital, and for two days they sent me away so rudely. Several of us waited 40 minutes or more for a simple thing that takes 3 minutes, and she comes out and says she has no time for all of us who came for referrals and check-ups. In the end I went private because it's not worth trying to get anything done at this institution.
Terrible experience. One main front desk girl faked like she did not know english while responding in english. I had blood coming out from the intestines and could be pretty serious, but they did not care. They told me to wait at one door, the doctor did not recieve me and other went in front. Asked what was going on and she in a very arrogant way sent me to another doctor. Would not recommend at all
If you want to feel discriminated just because you are not Montenegrin, come to this hospital. Just because I speak English, I couldn't get to see the doctor who will wirte me just a simple prescription. And now I feel worse than I came in. Very rude nurse at the reception, hope to never see you again!
It's been almost a month since my accident. My friend and I went on a boat tour in Kotor and stopped in a bay, where we got undressed and went for a swim. At least, that was the plan. I stepped onto the boat's first step with my left foot, then onto a lower step with my right, and then I realized that my left toe was stuck and something was squeezing it so hard that I couldn't pull it out. I got scared, started yanking it (in hindsight I was being pretty stupid), and finally managed to free it, fell into the water, and swam a bit. I didn't feel any pain, I had no idea how bad it was. We went back to the boat and I just saw blood pouring from my nail bed and something had cut my toe almost in half. That's when I ended up here at the emergency clinic. Two younger ladies treated me right away, they were very kind, helpful, calmed me down so I wouldn't panic, and stitched up the wound professionally. 10/10!😎
If you're a medical nurse, you'll "have the right" to skip past everyone scheduled and put your own problem first. You don't care whether scheduled patients in pain are waiting in line. You are a priority on all matters except ethical-medical ones.
The nurses at the reception are professional. Doctor Đonović is very professional.
