57⚠️ Today we had a routine check-up with pediatrician Olivera Mentović with our 8-month-old baby. During the examination, the doctor forcibly pulled back the foreskin from the baby's penis without warning and without my consent. It happened so quickly that I couldn't stop her. It was obvious she applied considerable force. The child felt pain and immediately started crying.
The doctor said this should be done regularly. However, after the exam at home I noticed redness, cracks in the skin, and later a yellowish discharge on the diaper. I consulted another, private pediatrician, who explained that this should not be done with babies as it can cause injury and scarring. We had to start using ointment to prevent inflammation and help the skin heal, as damage resembling scars had already appeared.
It turns out that after a routine scheduled check-up, we now have to deal with the consequences of an injury to our child.
I want to warn other parents: if your child goes to this doctor, please carefully watch what she does during the examination and do not allow such manipulations without your consent.
I also want to note that appointments with this doctor are often delayed. Several times I smelled cigarettes from the doctor, and I did not notice her washing her hands before the examination.
⚠️ I sincerely hope that the clinic management will pay attention to such situations, as this concerns the health of small children.
Some genius placed a children's play area and a bunch of toys in the infectious diseases ward, while through the transparent glass for healthy patients there's an empty hall. Every trip for vaccinations and check-ups is a tantrum. Kids beg to play with the toys behind the glass. And there's no point coming during working hours either🤨 …
One star exclusively because of the behavior of psychologist Jelena Pejovic during a visit for a driver's license renewal. Her lack of manners, her offensive tone of conversation, and her arrogance characterized by the response "because I said so" to my question "why did she react so strongly when I knocked at 10am and asked if there was a break here too, i.e. if everyone was on break" is something that should not characterize anyone in that position.
For all other employees I met that day, I have nothing but praise
During my trip, I got sick and was told that I needed to go to the emergency room. As soon as I arrived, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The doctor who examined me spoke very good English and even cracked some jokes. Puno hvala!

Whenever I needed to book an appointment with my chosen doctor, all slots were taken at least 5 days in advance or more. It's always like that. Health center employees, friends, and acquaintances book themselves in, taking the appointments — you can see on the monitor who it is. The rest of us can drop dead or wait for hours with a fever for the doctor to see us.
