Since childhood, as far as I can remember, one eye saw blurry, I even wore one contact lens for a while (not long, lens care + discomfort while wearing didn't compensate for the pleasure of using it), I decided to get laser correction 15 years ago in Odessa, but they didn't accept me, with my -3 they didn't offer 100% results, they sent me to Kyiv... It didn't work out. When I found the Optimal clinic in Podgorica, I decided to try again. I had laser correction done by doctor Sergej Alpatov and I made the right choice. Both eyes 100%, the image became more vivid and brighter! I brought my mom for examination and treatment. Again only positive feedback! Doctor Alpatov listens carefully to complaints, conducts thorough examinations and offers adequate treatment. We approached him with a problem that turned out to be unrelated to his field, he carefully examined and referred to another specialist (he recommended a competent colleague who truly saved us!) Enormous gratitude to the doctor for his work, I recommend him to my loved ones, I'm glad I found a specialist in Montenegro who does his job with quality and without unnecessary emotions truly helps the patient.

I had a procedure at the Optimal hospital, laser diopter removal on both eyes using the PRK method. I can finally see without glasses and contact lenses, I regret not having done this sooner. I thank the wonderful doctor Alpatov and his team. In less than 10 minutes my vision was corrected. I recommend this hospital and dr Alaptov to everyone.

I have nothing but words of praise for this institution. I am very satisfied with my LASIK surgery performed by doctor Sergej Alpatov. The surgery was done a little over a month ago (September 2023), and from minus three diopters, the surgery brought the diopter to zero. The professionalism of the doctor and staff, with their kindness and obvious expertise, inspire trust and confidence. Highest recommendation!

I had an examination and I only have words of praise when it comes to Optimal clinic. Professional work of doctors and staff, working with the most modern equipment. Also, they solved my mother's glaucoma problem in her right eye in an hour and a half, while other colleagues from other ophthalmology clinics only made the condition worse... Hats off to the work and dedication to the patient! I guarantee they are the best in Montenegro and beyond!

In October they performed a LASIK surgery on both of my eyes. The surgery went quickly and painlessly. Now I can finally see without glasses 😁. I want to express special gratitude to doctor Sergej Alpatov for his golden hands and work. I also want to thank the staff for their hospitality and politeness towards me. I recommend everyone to go to the Optimal clinic 👍

The Optimal clinic is very well organized, clean, the staff is professional and it is a great fortune to have all this in Podgorica. After a successful vision correction procedure with Dr. Sergej Alpatov, I can say that I am very satisfied with the complete procedure and service. After almost 15 years I can see well again without contact lenses and glasses, all in all my recommendation for everyone who wants to do the same. Once again thank you to doctor Sergej and his team for their expertise and professional approach!

Terrible service, locals are let in ahead, Russian speakers wait, even if you have an appointment. In the end, my appointment was at 12:30, at 12:45 a nurse ??? (who even is this) from the reception did some vision check, eye pressure, and applied pupil-dilating drops. I asked how long approximately to wait, they told me about 10 minutes. At 12:55 they applied drops again and I sat down to wait. During this time 2 new clients came, they immediately got drops applied and went in ahead of me one by one. At 13:30 I asked how much longer I had to wait. At 13:45 another nurse came up, I was still waiting. I asked why no one warns about such a wait, how everything goes, and whether I'm even ready to wait. Nobody apologized, and they said I should have asked myself, and if it doesn't suit me - they can refund my money and I can go home. At 13:50 the doctor saw me, 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment. The consultation went ok, but the doctor never told me why this could happen and if I hadn't asked questions - most likely they wouldn't have told me anything at all. The consultation costs 60 euros. When I was receiving my report, doctor Alpatov asked why the situation arose that I had to write a complaint - and after listening to me, said that it was my own fault for not asking how the consultation works, and that I should have known myself, and that's how it happens, and it's not the administrator's job to warn me ) Nobody apologized, and nobody cared - that's the attitude ) Be prepared that you will have to sit for 2 hours and priority patients will go ahead of you out of turn.

In August, at this clinic I had surgeries on both eyes for cataract removal and lens replacement. I express enormous gratitude to Sergej Alpatov for his professionalism, golden hands and sensitivity. I also express gratitude to the clinic staff for their attentive and caring attitude. I want to note the cleanliness and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend the clinic and the doctor.

A very unpleasant experience, as was Dr. Sergey Alpatov. Rude and cruel. He has a very quiet voice and you don't understand what he wants from you or hear the question. After a general examination you can't see anything and he doesn't want to speak or give you directions I which room you have to go. The worst of all is that he didn't tell me anything after the examination, not even whether my diopters had increased, whether I could wear glasses or contact lenses. And the terrible thing is that he asks the patient if he has any questions, instead of him giving the answers and telling the patient what the result is. In the end, I asked the receptionist what to do after the examination, what I can and can't do. Horrible experience and anti-recommendation.
