All praise and recommendations for the eye clinic Optimal, I had minus diopter and had lens implantation done. I am extremely satisfied with the result and a big thank you to doctor Sergej Alpatov, as well as the entire staff. I regret not knowing about this clinic and doctor sooner.

I had a very unpleasant experience during the examination for laser vision correction. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and refused to answer my questions. My diopter was determined incorrectly. They charged 150 euros for the examination, and it lasted only 15 minutes. I didn't receive the help I came for, and when I asked where to go next, since this clinic doesn't perform ICL lens implantation, the doctor said he didn't know. On the way out, a nurse whispered to me to go to Klinika Svjetlost in Budva, where I eventually had the operation, full of positive impressions. So, if you want the best for yourself, avoid kliniku Optimal.

Below all expectations. Unfriendly staff, for the first time in my life I was asked to pay in advance, before the examination itself. The doctor doesn't determine the diopter, the nurse does. After the examination I still don't know the diagnosis, and I left with the assumption that I would clarify all doubts.

In May 2024 I came to the clinic with a retinal detachment. I had the choice of flying to Russia or having surgery here, I chose to stay and I don't regret it. They promptly scheduled me for surgery and Sergej Alpatov performed a successful vitrectomy. They also replaced the lens, so I started seeing better than before the detachment👌🏼 I now come regularly every 2-4 months for follow-up examinations. There were often queues in summer and autumn, but that only shows that people trust the doctor. The clinic staff already feels like family, very pleasant administrators and nurses. I'm grateful to them for supporting me on the day of surgery and during recovery. I thank Sergej Anatoljevič for saving my eye and for his professionalism! This is the best clinic in the Balkans💯

Extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff at Dnevna Bolnica Optimal. The team is very competent, kind, and dedicated to every patient. I would especially commend the attention and patience they provide throughout the entire process, from examination to treatment. The ambiance is pleasant and the organization is at a high level. All recommendations for everyone looking for quality healthcare.

I do not recommend! Neither the clinic nor doctor Алпатов. Terrible attitude both from the administration and from the doctor. At the reception they say you can drive after the examination, but the doctor scolds you saying you should know you can't drive. Overall the doctor is not quite adequate, he says that eye exercises make people go crazy. Very angry and conducts the entire examination procedure very traumatically, gives no advice, just shows a regular picture of the eye on the computer. Everything written in negative reviews is true, verified from personal experience.

We visited the clinic spontaneously without an appointment a few days ago, as we were on vacation and our 10-month-old baby had had inflamed eyes for several days. Dr. Files-Bradarić immediately took the time to examine the little one, even though the clinic is not actually designed for treating infants. She then prescribed us antibiotic eye drops, which showed results after a short time. The interaction was extremely friendly and pleasant! Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment!

Приехала в Черногорию из-за проблем со здоровьем. Врачи посоветовали поменять климат, так как не знали причину, как и чем меня лечить. С 2019 года пытались спасти мои глаза в Беларуси. Я слепла. Когда приехала в ЧГ надежда была только на климат, но в результате надежду мне подарил Алпатов Сергей. В течение 8 месяцев он проделал огромную работу. Я очень благодарна ему, он подарил мне возможность видеть этот мир, и насладиться природой Черногории.Очень приятный и добрый доктор❤️.

I had laser correction with doctor Alpatov, from 30% blurry astigmatism my vision sharply returned to 100%. The operation goes very calmly, the doctor comments on all his actions and answers any questions. I recommend it!
