Shameful, unprofessional behavior from the hospital reception and surgery department! They are unable to secure an appointment and agree on it. They change it countless times in a few days, making it impossible for the patient to coordinate their obligations. The surgeon roughly guesses and estimates the difficulty and duration of the surgery during an examination that lasts 2 minutes and costs 50€. Then the price suddenly doubles from 250€ to 500€ a few hours before the surgery! 3 hours before the operation! After on the first day after the examination they were guessing whether it would be 150 or 200€. Horrible. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone because their only goal is taking money, not helping patients!

Nobody answers the four phone numbers from the website for hours and days!!! When I finally got through, I asked if they perform a certain test, they didn't know if they offer that service. They said they would check and contact me quickly. Of course, nobody has called me back for 5 days now. Shameful for a hospital!!!

Unprofessional nurses. Begging and calling for days to schedule appointments. Appointments that are important for patients' health. Every nurse has her own story, one nurse says one price, another says a different price, it all depends on their mood. I had to wait 3-4 days just for them to call me back the first time about scheduling an intervention, and they only called after I told them I would go to the authorities if they didn't schedule my appointment (I wasn't asking for specific dates, just any appointment since I'm being treated there!) The doctor treating me is excellent, but it's all for nothing when the nurses don't do their job. I'm not obligated to tell someone what to do and how, but you have to keep in mind that you're working with people whose health depends on you! Should a patient, who is also paying to be treated at this hospital, have to go through this? Should I have to beg the nurses to agree with each other on a price, when I know exactly what it is? Should I have to beg for appointments? I agree with the doctor to schedule for the following week, I can't even reach the nurses first, and then when I do reach them, I have to beg them to schedule and give correct information that every patient has the right to know.. What a waste of good doctors alongside such nurses. I'm speechless.

We scheduled an examination. The gynecologist as a doctor is an expert, professional. The front desk staff is below standard. They send you around the hospital left and right, don't tell you which room, send you to a doctor who leaves in five minutes and pays no attention to us, then to another, then a third. They are not friendly at all. Change the front desk staff.

I came for an appointment with surgeon Dr Eldin Lamežević — no fuss, polite, straight to the point. He examined me, reviewed the MRI results from Hipokrat. Explained everything, scheduled the surgery for the next day. The same day I did all the tests — quickly, no queues. The surgery was performed under general anesthesia. I spent two days in the clinic like in a good sanatorium: clean, calm, the staff cares, gorgeous view from the window! The nurses are attentive, respond immediately, friendly. After discharge I came to the hospital 4 times for follow-up checkups until everything healed)

I called this hospital to ask if I could make an appointment with a doctor, and right after I asked, they just hung up the phone! I called another number and they also said hello and hung up after asking. In what other country besides Montenegro is this normal behavior for a hospital? I don't recommend tourists to get sick here

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. The ingrown toenail surgery they performed was not successful – the problem was not resolved, and additionally complications appeared just 60 days after the surgery, such as re-ingrowth, redness, inflammation, pain... I sent a complaint via email to report the situation and request a solution, but nobody ever responded. I consider this attitude toward patients unprofessional and extremely irresponsible. I expected a much higher level of expertise and patient care. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone based on my experience.

Dear Sirs, Since this is the only form of communication with you, I am forced to address you here. To my previous review that I left, you responded and gave me an email address to which no one ever replied. You asked for my phone number and details, but you never called me. Do you ask for that and leave emails just so people reading these reviews think you are very dedicated and nice? Well, I will write that this is not the case, you are not nice to your clients at all. You should be a humane institution that helps people, but unfortunately you are an inhumane institution that has been psychologically tormenting me for over a month and you still haven't returned the money you owe me.. My mother supposed to have a surgery and the last medical report was meant to be from an endocrinologist. As it was again impossible to see the one in KBC, I booked a private one here. My mum was already very unwell and when we walked into dr office, it was like you were in Siberia. Freezing. I never experienced this before or after in my life. Dr took her time reading the rest of the reports while I was standing there. I was not even offered to sit, while my mother was shivering -it was obvious that she was freezing, but that dr did not pay any attention to this. I became extremely cold, let alone her. We finally finished with this appointment and my mother became severely sick from that day. With high fever, unable to even eat, stand,I had to call emergency 4 times and it took her long time to recover. To be exact, it took her 5 months to get back to normal. Of course, her surgery had to postponed. The paradox is that we went there for her to get better and she got very sick after because of the ignorance of the dr there. The staff at the front desk was not very professional either, so next time, if the situation arises, I will go somewhere else. As I was fighting for her to get better for so many months, I did not write a review immediately as this was not my priority at that time. Here it is now.

I made an appointment with an ophthalmologist for complaints about an eye infection. I arrived on time. I've been sitting for an hour already, there are about 5 people in line ahead of me. The doctor periodically comes out with an IQOS in his hands, lets acquaintances and strangers in) I went in, the doctor apologized for a long time. He examined with the equipment, checked my vision and fundus. We communicated in broken English, he typed the conclusion on the computer for a long time. He prescribed an antibiotic ointment. Note — the doctor is fine. The hospital is tired, nurses walk around without any apparent purpose. The visit costs 40 euros, the girl at the register rang up 60)) I noticed in time) I wouldn't recommend coming here with anything more serious.
