I’ve been living in Montenegro for about 10 years now, and over that time I’ve visited quite a few medical facilities. But Bono Medica is the first clinic I can truly call a family clinic, not just in name, but in how it actually feels.🫶 A special thank you to Dr. Miljan Zindović , thanks to him, my mother received help during a very difficult time. He saved my mother. Our whole family thanks him from the bottom of our hearts for everything he has done for us☘️. He is a doctor who is truly dedicated to his calling🙏. It means so much to find a doctor who combines world-class skills with genuine compassion.🏆 Professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine human care 😌 it’s rare to find all of these together, but here, that’s exactly what you get. Now our whole family comes to this clinic. It’s such a relief to simply trust your doctors and not worry. Thank you!

The best clinic by far in Montenegro, the best specialists work here. Dr Miljan Zindovic is the best surgeon, such an approach and attitude towards the patient is rarely encountered. The staff is extremely kind, professional and cheerful. All recommendations for a fantastic clinic.

I have used the clinic's services several times and I am very satisfied, both with the staff who greet and see me off kindly every time, and with the doctors who are wonderful, kind and professional. Doctor Dobrila Nikcevic, a special woman! Her name describes her existence. A doctor who treated me at the state clinic just as kindly and professionally as at the private one, always available for any consultation. Highly recommended!

I recommend both the clinic and the therapist Lilija Halimonova! I turned to her for treatment after falling ill with pneumonia on vacation. All necessary tests were conducted, for which I had to go to a clinic on the neighboring street by referral, but it's close and quick. The treatment and procedures helped. Thank you!

Amazing pediatrician Lilija Halimonova! I read that she is a Doctor of Medicine with 24 years of experience. She conducts appointments at the clinic in Russian. Very attentive, extremely professional, polite, tactful, knowledgeable doctor. Compared to the pediatrician at Moj lab — it's like night and day, she carefully and thoroughly studied the medical history and complaints, conducted a full detailed examination of the child, gave the most important recommendations, reassured the mother, stayed in touch throughout the entire course of illness. Sincerely empathized and supported. An extremely fortunate find in our difficult situation with medicine in this country. I express sincere gratitude! And strongly recommend. Also, the Bono clinic is covered by Sava insurance. I found this out at the appointment. I will never go to Moj lab again!

I had a procedure with Dr Zindović and I really have only words of praise. Pure professionalism and minimal scarring. Everything went excellently, the doctor is patient and explains everything nicely. At follow-ups they monitored me until full recovery. Thank you to the whole team for the care and professionalism! ❤️

Doctor Zindović performed the surgery, 12 hours later I was discharged completely without any pain relief, and still not fully recovered from anesthesia. The doctor himself was late and instead of the scheduled lunch time, I waited for the operation until night… After which the doctor didn't communicate with me and simply left… and went on vacation for a month… I managed to get communication and a meeting only after three weeks… all this time the pain continued and bleeding, ME AND MY COMPLAINTS ABOUT PAIN AND BLEEDING WERE ABSOLUTELY IGNORED! There was no post-operative treatment at all. After 5 months at this point I am still being treated after Zindović's operation, but already with a surgeon online! The clinic Bono Medica (Budva) where I found this doctor and the clinic Dr Zejnilović (Bar) where I was operated on, apparently bears no responsibility, just like the doctor! Disgusting condition after such medical intervention…

Therapist Lilija Halimonova is very good! Our daughter is 3 years old, we visited two therapists before her and only she was able to detect a middle ear infection, she has an otoscope with a camera and we could see the inflammation of the eardrum. She prescribed antibiotic drops and after a couple of days the child started sleeping and eating normally. It's a pity we didn't know about Lilija earlier, now we will always go to her! Highly recommend!

We visited twice: the infectologist and the dermatologist with our son (7 years old). The infectologist is very competent — she examined carefully and prescribed adequate treatment and tests. I have questions about the clinic itself. Since we book from another city, once they rescheduled to another day, but that's normal — they warned us; another time when we arrived for the appointment, it turned out there was a "system failure" and the doctor wasn't working, they offered to come tomorrow (from another city, I repeat), but then they called the doctor and she saw us later; I have questions about the dermatologist, the diagnosis she made was later not confirmed.

I understand that it's just a job and nobody is obligated to be polite with clients, but not in this case. This is the field where they provide help and actually treat people. Be prepared that if the operator is not in the mood, they will simply stop responding to you and won't care about your problems. Write, don't write — they will hardly help you here.
