A very bad experience with Dr. Krajinović. The doctor was completely shallow and uninterested. Instead of listening to me and explaining the condition, the moment he looked at the MRI report — five seconds of work — he started talking about surgery as the only solution. He didn't even ask whether I had pain, how I lived, whether I played sports, nothing. I came for advice on how to avoid problems in the future and got a sales pitch about a surgery that is, conveniently, performed at Ars Medica. The 70-euro consultation wasn't worth anywhere near its price, because I didn't even get basic attention. I wouldn't recommend this clinic or that doctor to anyone.

Vladimir Janjić and his entire team are simply God-given professionals. I kiss their golden hands. I wish I could see them more often! I am very grateful for such a warm and heartfelt welcome, for the attention, the support, for their big, kind hearts.

The staff are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Nobody called the patient to inform them that the doctor had rescheduled their appointment. The patient organized their entire day and ended up at a closed door. A very, very disorganized clinic.

I had a very poor experience at this hospital. Went to the dental clinic to do the simple plaque cleaning, which was a disaster but very pricey. Also, I scheduled an appointment with one doctor, but at the end another person was doing the cleaning, without any explanation.
