I do not recommend; I was not warned about the change of laser which clearly did not suit my skin and was not the one agreed upon, just as I was not warned about possible failures in the form of a scar.. as can be seen in the correspondence, the doctor did not tell me that the agreed laser does not give the desired results but on her own initiative applied another, which she herself says is very strong, and left me with capillaries on my nose more visible than ever before, as well as a scar.. and as for the communication and disinterest and the suggestion that I am "exaggerating", judge for yourselves whether this is OK.. since the doctor did not act humanely and fairly toward me, I will fight, if need be, on all social networks, only with my truth and facts, to draw attention to such things so that no one else goes through what I did.. REPLY TO THE CLINIC'S COMMENT: Doctor, your public attempt to hide behind 'protocols' and 'expertise' is entirely reckless, because in private messages you yourself admitted that you broke those protocols: • Admission about the laser: Publicly you write about expertise, while privately you admit that you changed the laser on me without my consent because the first one 'couldn't remove' the capillaries. You yourself wrote that that laser is 'very strong' and can 'make a small wound' — which you only told me after the scar (hole) had already formed. • Contradictory claims: Publicly you claim that '100% of the capillaries were removed', while privately you wrote to me to take a break for a couple of months 'so they can gain an even stronger colour' in order to be removed better. If everything has been removed, what then needs to gain colour? • Denial of the obvious: While I send you pictures of capillaries on my nose that look worse than ever before and a scar that not even the strongest foundation can cover, you reply that I am 'not exaggerating' and send hearts and kisses to a patient with damage to her face. Thank you for inviting me to publish the pictures and the correspondence, because they prove that your professionalism ended the moment your 'protocol' left a hole in my face. Any further discussion is now superfluous, and let the public judge your expertise based on the evidence I have provided.

Dear Aleksandra, I think the pictures will say enough. This is the result after one laser melasma removal treatment. Melasma that had been so pronounced for a couple of months that I couldn't even cover it with makeup. I thought I would ease it with chemical treatments, but that didn't work at all, even after 4 treatments. After all that, I asked around and came to the right address.
