Dr. Aleksandra is an aesthetic surgeon who does not devote enough attention to the patient when problems arise. We had an extremely unpleasant situation with her, her rude speech, and inappropriate words — both for a public institution and for a doctor. A doctor should be a person who chooses their words, approach, and methods during consultations and when dealing with clients. A doctor is not someone who chooses their words only when it's time to "take money," but also when problems arise. She also did not inform the patient about the consequences after the operation itself. The human body is a complete, complex machine in which we cannot know what might happen. On the contrary, people who are not in medicine cannot know. But that is why doctors are there — they should provide and give their maximum contribution to someone's better tomorrow, i.e., better health. The doctor should have informed the patient about the consequences after the operation or contraindications that may occur. I was in touch with them for more than 3 months, and they never called me back when they said they would. Taking an appointment is pointless because they are always late. I had high hopes, but I realized too late that I should look elsewhere. They make you feel unimportant, and if a doctor doesn't care about your time, then they are not worth your money. Look elsewhere. Also, they're overpriced. *Edit: None of what was said in the response happened to me. I understand that it's your protocol to consider it as true, but it didn't happen. To say that I was unpleasantly surprised by their attitude towards the patient is to say nothing. I had breast augmentation and breast lift. My nipples turned out to be crooked after the surgery. My breasts are animated. I also had a small seroma. I promptly informed the doctor about it by writing messages on WhatsApp. I have all the documentary evidence. During the examination, which I signed up for 6 months after the surgery, Dr. Alexandra raised her voice at me, spoke very rudely and arrogantly, after I told her what was bothering me, she said that I needed to see a psychiatrist, not her. I would like to note once again that I have photos of crooked nipples and an ultrasound examination of the seroma. I did not make this up and did not demand anything, but just wanted an explanation of the current situation. I would like to note that the doctor did not provide high-quality postoperative support. quality painkillers were not prescribed, which greatly affected the recovery process. since I experienced severe pain for a month. my conclusion is that the doctor does not have the necessary empathy for her profession. every woman who gets to the doctor for such a serious operation has the right to count on postoperative treatment and polite treatment for her money. think 10 times before contacting this doctor.
