With the green booklet after a dog bite I received all vaccinations for free and visited a therapist and an infectious disease specialist. I would give 5 points if they didn't smoke right inside the premises and used gloves for vaccinations.

Bad organization, the call center often gives busy signals, it's hard to schedule appointments, they transfer from one line to another, the E-health app is not used, unfriendly nurses, doctors are hardly accessible, no understanding or priority for pregnant women and mothers with babies, patients are not accommodated, some doctors are unfriendly and don't provide help to patients.

My ratings for the Health Center Bar are very positive and I rate it 4 out of 5. However, there are two shortcomings to mention. The first is poor signage at the reception, which can cause confusion for patients visiting the health center for the first time. Clear and visible signage would make navigation easier and improve the patient experience. The second shortcoming is that the equipment in some parts of the health center is already somewhat outdated and worn out. Modern and well-maintained equipment is crucial for providing effective and quality healthcare. Upgrading the equipment would improve the patient experience and provide better conditions for healthcare staff. Despite these shortcomings, the Health Center Bar is certainly worth a visit, as it offers friendly and fast treatment as well as high-quality healthcare. With some improvements, such as better reception signage and equipment upgrades, they could further improve the patient experience.

You deserve 0! Coming to a scheduled appointment is always a lottery, you never know if the doctor will be there, and no one notifies patients when an appointment is cancelled!!

The health center, which includes an emergency room, also has a substitution center for fighting addiction... It's always clean, the staff is generally friendly but they often lack some things, like small needles or some vitamin for infusion etc.

Sunday morning, I arrive after a night spent in stomach pain, nobody around, not a single patient, I thought — in our city thank God it seems everyone is healthy! Inside, nurses sit in a corner and one gets up asking me what I'm doing here, and then sends me to the Covid ward because of food poisoning!?! I go to Covid and it's packed like a stadium. Madness. I realized that those from the Health Center send everyone to the Covid ward so they don't have to do anything. I couldn't wait that long so I treated myself, with the help of a pharmacist. Unbelievable, bravo for the medical workers (not all, most are truly professional).

Laboratory — the organization is the same as 20 years ago. You wait for a number, I arrive ninth, I get number 38. During the pandemic nobody keeps distance, ideal conditions for any virus to spread. Is there no one in the clinic management to change something? Don't they see this doesn't work properly? Aren't there other possibilities and ideas to replace this disgrace with something better or at least try? The toilet and urine room are substandard... The only thing I'd give five stars to is all the nurses because they are truly kind and have the nerves to fight this environment and nervous patients attacking them from all sides. The clinic should have security to maintain order and worker safety. Overall all condemnation goes to the health center management for bad organization. Change something or leave your positions that we pay for, even if it's as miserable as it is. There are those who want to change things and work if you won't. Disgrace!

Terrible, only the cleaning ladies do their job with whatever hardship they have.
