My first visit to Natal clinic was back in the now 'distant' 2018. At that time, after a more serious health problem, what I needed most was support...; honestly more than any therapy. By choosing Natal, I encountered a warm welcome and dedication to understanding what the patient is going through. Recently (last week), I had the opportunity to visit Natal polyclinic at the new address and in new splendor... My judgment about the quality of services, especially regarding standards and innovation, speaks for itself through the rating. On the other hand, in the context of humanity and hospitality, I must say that Natal has retained what I remember it for 🙏🏼❤️

Very bad experience
Considering it's a private practice, you wait a long time for an examination, I waited 40 minutes
The nurses on shift were extremely unfriendly, I didn't get an apology or anything, they don't respect other people's time...Nor the money that patients leave them (which they live off of)... When I'm already going to a private practice and paying (not a small amount) it's normal to expect to get in on time with maybe 15 minutes of waiting... very bad experience

Even though we had a scheduled appointment, we still waited in line for an hour since patients who arrived after us were admitted before us. They were literally taken out of turn. The waiting room is very small so a large crowd formed. Really bad experience. Poor organization. The examination cost 160e. At my request they issued a receipt but for 130e with the explanation that they can't calculate the 30e. Unprofessional!
