This "hospital" unfortunately does not deserve its name. My brother was admitted as an emergency. Completely dehydrated. Initially he received small infusions, during which his arm swelled up significantly. I was supposed to give him food and drink for several hours every day. How is that supposed to work: I am disabled myself and the security angrily chases you out after a few minutes. The fact that I gave the nurse 20 euros for it (to administer the food I brought) didn't help either. It got charming the day before yesterday: I came during visiting hours and found the bed empty. When I asked where my brother was, the answer came: he is dead, lying in the coolchamber. Said security questioned me again at the entrance and wanted to know when I would pick up the body. I would have had my brother transferred to another clinic, but that would have required a power of attorney. The doctor said she could not support Alex giving me power of attorney, that he was not mentally or physically capable of doing so. Thank you very much, for nothing, except high costs for the "storage" there.

They call the Bar hospital a chapel of disaster, in any case the doctors are useless, basically everyone with serious problems goes there and stays there and dies, it's a disaster, if you don't have money for private doctors you're screwed

Our son injured his foot when he fell on the ground and we didn't know if he had broken something. From arrival at the hospital to departure, only an hour and a half passed. There was a bit of chaos in the hospital, probably mainly due to multiple serious injuries at the same time. The security guard who directed people to the doctors only spoke Croatian, but he did his job well, we somehow communicated and within half an hour we were with a female doctor who spoke English and after the examination immediately sent us for an X-ray, from which she concluded everything was fine and we left with peace of mind. We paid a total of 45 €, which our insurance will reimburse. The organization there is quite nonsensical, but even so, everything went smoothly by Balkan standards. Thank you very much!

My daughter was sick with a stomach problem. Severe pain and fever. At the hospital in Bar, the nurses received us very arrogantly. On the ultrasound they found a cyst on the ovary measuring 8x8 cm. They discharged us from the hospital with a prescription for diclofenac - a painkiller. We asked if other medication was needed, they said no and told us not to come back. The next day my daughter was even worse, temperature of 40. At the emergency room in Ulcinj they reviewed the results from the hospital in Bar and saw in the blood work that CRP was elevated to 82.9 and that it was very dangerous, that they should have given antibiotics, and they sent us back there again. In Bar they barely admitted us and asked us why we were coming back. We explained that apparently nobody had checked the blood work and that antibiotics were urgently needed. The doctor objected and kicked me and my wife out of the room. When he looked at the blood work he wrote a prescription for antibiotics, a very small dose for such an infection. While we were at the hospital they also behaved very badly with other patients and commented on their nationality. They first ask every patient about their nationality and treat people accordingly - both nurses and doctors. This has never happened to us in our lives, this is a great disgrace and shame.

My wife got sick, she could barely stand on her feet, vomiting, I drove her to the hospital and I haven't experienced such an unpleasant experience in a long time. At the entrance I asked a bald gentleman if they could admit her, the man rolled his eyes and told me to ask at the outpatient clinic. I went to the outpatient clinic and an extremely rude woman asked me if I had been to the emergency room, I said I hadn't. She says we can't help you, you have to go to the emergency room. I said I called by phone and asked if I could come, the man told me to come. She says well then let him treat you. I picked up my wife and walked out. I wouldn't wish this clinic on my worst enemy, I would give them a zero if I could.

Went to the Pediatrics dept. there because our child had severe vomiting and was dehydrated due to stomach virus (including us parents). We were very surprised by the staff, especially because there were plenty of similar or more complex cases and patients from different countries that night and they fought it all, even know they were pretty outnumbered by us. And they managed to check our daughter (and other children too) 3 or 4 times that night and follow the changes. Being there as a foreigner didn't change much, was feeling more like home if i can say that in those circumstances 😀 Sincere gratitude to the pediatrics staff and also to the man on the reception desk who show us the way.

My 2 year old daughter was dehidratet due to a stomach virus. Private doc examined her and wrote recomandtation for emergency check in Bar's hospital. As we arrived there, I entered like a hurricane with my girl in my arms, grabbing the first white coat that I saw. The guy appointed me to the pediatric department on th 3rd floor. Doc Elena Bulatovic received us with her nurses. She checked my daughter, and put her on infusion. We stayed there for five hours. Entire time, someone of the staff from pedriatrition departmen was checking on us to monitor condition of my daughter. I want to say thanks and to express my gratitude to pediatric department and dr. Elena for her kindnes and comitment. Such a devotion, I haven't seen in a while. Also my gratitude goes to dr. Radonjic as well. She checked my daughter the next day. My wife described him as a polite and devoted pediatrition, but also a very nice person.

I came in with a neck injury, and a young dark-haired "doctor" started yelling at me because of what happened to me. She even yelled through the hallway about my case. Meaning she publicly disclosed my health problem. A violation of the Hippocratic oath. She might as well throw away her diploma. Unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of empathy for a patient who urgently needs help! They didn't provide me with basic care, a neck brace. The "orthopedist" wrote that I should buy a neck brace at the pharmacy. I couldn't find one, and I was left in a condition that only got worse. I'm ashamed of where I live — when doctors are cruel, what can we expect? A catastrophe.

We drove our son there after midnight because he had stomach pains. The two female doctors who examined him are the worst doctors I have ever experienced. Very unfriendly and poorly trained. Were probably …
