Tanja Jovanovic, thank you so much for everything, for being with us in the hardest moments for our daughter Hana. We are personally so very grateful to you. To you and the entire team that you lead. Your selflessness and your smile that inspires hope gave us strength. 🙏 …

When an ambulance brings someone who is not a citizen of Montenegro to the hospital, the hospital charges them for all examinations that day. Just at a different rate. I want to believe that the authorities don't know about this. I think emergency care is free everywhere, maybe the Bar hospital is an exception? I'm saying this from the experience of multiple people who were deceived.

Extremely low professional competence of the medical staff. Wrong diagnoses, examinations are not conducted properly. If you are a foreigner, you can wait in line until the very end until all the locals have been seen. The doctor doesn't write prescriptions for medications. You have to go several times to the health center, same as for a referral. I strongly advise against coming here. Better to go to a private clinic. You'll save time, money, nerves, and most importantly your health

Good afternoon, I want to thank the doctors of your hospital. My daughter was admitted with appendicitis. Help was provided in a timely manner. All the doctors, medical assistants, who were there that evening - were very attentive, friendly, supportive of both my daughter and me. I can only say good things about your hospital, only words of gratitude. And separately to doctor Filip Makas - THANK YOU so much Good afternoon, I want to thank the doctors of your hospital. DON'T GO THERE ! I BEG YOU. Avoid also Doctor Ivana Jovanovic. Doctor Ivana Jovanovic is a cruel doctor. I think she likes to hurt. We waited more than 3 hours before my 5-year-old could get taken care of. Then Dr. Ivana was too in a hurry to do stitches on my child's face. She barely put any anesthesia around the wound, and then she immediately started to use her needles. She didn't wait that the TINY drop to have any effect before starting to push the needles in my child's face. My child was crying to death and told me afterwards that she felt every needle through her skin. She could not believe a doctor would hurt her as Dr. Ivana did. If I could slap her for the torture she did to my child, I would. I regret I didn't.

I very recently had a distressing experience at this hospital after suffering from a severe allergic reaction in the early hours of the morning. From the moment I arrived at the Emergency room with my friend, the 3 paramedic staff on duty were extremely unprofessional, rude and blunt. The entire ordeal left me unsupported during a time I was already vulnerable when I needed care and compassion. Whilst one of the female paramedics was informing me what two injections she would be administering, one being an anti-histamine and the second a steroid. She began struggling to recall what the second injection was called in English. Understanding there's obviously a language barrier, I kindly suggested that she could speak to my friend (as she can also speak the Serbian language) who was present in the waiting room that could assist translation. Here, the paramedic snapped at me, insisting in a rude and aggressive manner, "I can speak English!". The situation only worsened when I had to receive the injections. The second female paramedic was the one who was going to administer them. I asked her if she wanted me to lift my dress for ease however, before I could even finish my sentence she harshly interrupted me, "What?!". Her delivery and tone was so aggressive and totally unnecessary. After receiving the injections I was instructed to wait in the waiting room for at least 10 minutes to monitor my condition and ensure that my allergic reaction did not worsen. Despite this directive, not one of the three paramedics on duty came to check on me after the 10 minutes. I was left alone without any follow up which made me feel even more neglected and vulnerable than I already was. I felt belittled and disrespected by the paramedic staff. Their arrogance and lack of professionalism were embarrassing and their behaviour only added unnecessary stress to an already frightening medical emergency in a foreign country. I deserved to be treated with dignity, empathy and respect particularly during an emergency. I would absolutely not recommend this hospital to anyone in need of compassionate medical care.

Excellent hospital, very attentive and kind staff in the children's ward. We didn't wait a single extra minute. Admission and diagnosis were done very promptly and the child received the necessary treatment. In the children's room there was a new air conditioner and WiFi, everywhere was very clean. The doctors spoke English. Downstairs there is a food kiosk and a coffee machine with freshly ground coffee. The hospital was comfortable and calm for both us and the child.

I came to the hospital with severe abdominal pain, and what I saw and experienced there — even one star is too many. The nurse was arrogant, unpleasant, practically radiating anger. She took me to the observation room and told me to lie down on a dirty blood-stained bed, when I asked for a change she gave me another less dirty one — some inspection would be useful. When I felt like vomiting they gave me a dirty garbage bucket. The hospital is a disaster in every respect, after 3 hours I was still lying with stomach pains without any help

I am writing the most positive impressions about the children's ward, the pediatricians, and the nurses. We were admitted to the ward because our little daughter has a respiratory infection. We are alone in a clean room, the children have a bathtub. The ward is clean, and the staff are so kind that you feel like you're in a private hospital. Our stay is extremely pleasant thanks to all of them. One big heart ❤️❤️❤️ for the wonderful doctors and nurses. ☘️☘️☘️ Stay that way. For tourists who come on vacation, a child's illness alone is stressful, this kindness and humanity truly means a lot.

The result, two dead children! Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am writing to you to express my grave concerns and experiences regarding the treatment of my wife at Blazo Orlandic Hospital on August 8, 2024. Unfortunately, the circumstances of this emergency situation resulted in a tragic outcome: the loss of our two children. My wife was admitted to the hospital with severe bleeding and in critical condition, yet she was not offered the necessary support to be safely transported to the gynecological department. Upon her arrival, she was dismissed in a rude tone, and it took far too long before she was finally treated, which led to an emergency delivery - unfortunately with a fatal outcome! Furthermore, we are extremely concerned about the hygienic conditions in your hospital. Basic hygienic standards were lacking, and the treatment of patients was unprofessional. We had to experience that even essential care services were only provided in exchange for money, which is unacceptable! You literally have to bribe doctors and nurses with money!!!!!!! It was especially painful to receive our deceased sons in cardboard boxes, which triggered unbearable trauma for us. Waiting over two and a half hours for the death certificate was the final blow in an already unbearable situation. You are truly desperate as a tourist and completely helpless and at their mercy. My goal is that such situations never happen again. When a woman with abdominal bleeding screams for help at the gynecology department and lies on the floor begging, it is an emergency and not a reason to make her wait and refer her to gynecology!!! Please understand us, we have a trauma that will accompany us for the rest of our lives!!! I urgently appeal to the management to take action. These experiences are not only devastating but inappropriate for any hospital that wishes to call itself professional. I expect an urgent response and hope for positive changes so that other families do not have to go through the same thing. With highest regards! Bertan Limani
