I am extremely satisfied with the physiotherapy which helped me a lot and the professionalism of physiotherapist Milica and the kindness of all the staff. This is already the second time I'm using the services of Poliklinika Standard and I can only say words of praise. I warmly recommend to all friends who need the services of Poliklinika Standard to come and see for themselves the top-quality medical service.

Lack of basic manners, not to mention the unprofessionalism of the staff. When I came to inquire about prices and tests, the guy who works there was very unpleasant and rude. Google will ban me if I post a photo of the bruise I had on my arm. Horrible. You need to work on the professional development of your employees as well as their behavior.

Ridiculous. Creepy. Shameful. In civilized countries they wouldn't have a license. In the middle of the examination, some manager barges in with 5 people, potential clients, showing them the office and explaining the procedure. I'm standing there like an idiot watching him explain to people, potential customers, how they work. They talk to the doctor for 5 minutes while I stand and wait for them to finish. Lucky I was dressed. Creepy. I wanted to run away. Like a public health center. Basically the logic of "we should be grateful they exist." I've never experienced such amateurism. Five days later my arm is still bruised from their blood draw. (see photo) The nurse at the reception desk had a cold. While taking my information she was sneezing and sniffling. It's a shame and disgrace that they didn't give her a day off. Of course, being that sick she forgot to write down that I also needed a medical exam for category B, so the doctor starts going off on me that she can't do anything because they didn't click B at the reception. She tells me what the procedure is. When I told them I'm giving up on B and if they won't take my money I can get that medical exam somewhere else, suddenly everything was possible. I'm most angry at the Vraneš clinic for sending me to these amateurs. If I had known that Dr. Vraneš wasn't there that day, I definitely wouldn't have come.

I was at the Novi Standard polyclinic for a glutathione infusion (even though I'm afraid of needles and injections, everything went surprisingly pleasant) and I can say it helped me quite a bit. The staff is extremely kind and professional, and the whole process was carefully conducted. The polyclinic is tidy, the atmosphere pleasant and soothing. I especially want to point out that parking is available right next to the building, which is a big plus. Highly recommended!

I was really sick with a cold, I felt exhausted and without energy. They immediately admitted me for an infusion, without any waiting, and the doctor was extremely kind and professional. I received a glutathione infusion and already during the treatment I felt improvement. I can't help but praise the cleanliness and kindness of the staff – everything is at the highest level. I received clear recommendations for further treatment and gained great trust in his approach. The staff at the polyclinic is very pleasant and professional, and I finished everything quickly and without stress. The polyclinic is located at a very nice location that is easy to reach. We booked an appointment with an ophthalmologist on Monday, and they scheduled us for Wednesday at 9:00 AM. At 8:55 we were at the clinic, they asked us to wait since the doctor hadn't arrived yet. Ok. We wait. At 9:03 the phone rings, the clinic employee at the reception desk tells the doctor that yes, we're sitting here waiting and polako, polako (slowly, slowly) come in for the appointment. And then she tells us that the doctor works from 9:30 and whoever scheduled you on Monday for 9:00 I DON'T KNOW! Wait, she'll come now. S stands for Service! Clinic administration, pay attention! Who is sitting there scheduling appointments for people, unauthorized persons?

I had an appointment with ophthalmologist Тамара Миленькая at the Standard polyclinic, city of Bar. The doctor is very attentive and tactful, she thoroughly conducted the examination and explained everything clearly. The appointment started on time. I was satisfied, I recommend!

Wonderful laboratory. I had a general blood test done there, everything was polite and the results were fast. Also, my 5-year-old son had blood drawn from a vein, and despite his hysterics (he always reacts that way to tests) the medical staff managed and they were able to draw the blood.
