We went to the GP with the flu. We more or less understood the doctor in English + Serbian, we explained symptoms using pre-prepared phrases in Serbian. The main thing is that we got a prescription for antibiotics, a probiotic was prescribed, vitamins — in general, a completely standard package of local medicines, which is what we wanted. They also prescribed tests, but as a recommendation — at the reception we got out of it by saying we'd book later. The appointment cost around 30 euros, the medicines at the pharmacy cost the same. Fine.

I went here for a rapid test. I don't know what all negative reviews are about. It was quick and easy. The receptionists/nurses were pleasant. I had no wait. In 20 minutes, I received the result by email. I was shopping nearby and also asked for a print-out. They did this too, with no problem and no waiting.

We went to Moj lab with our son, who had stepped on a sea urchin and was in pain. The staff welcomed us warmly and the doctor, Dr. Bečić, was very professional and caring towards our child. We were very satisfied with the treatment. A clear recommendation.

Very small laboratory/ clinic. Line is formed outside. No clear direction honestly. Came here to do my PCR test. The first clinician took care of all my information and was professional. The staff member who did my swabs here was very rude and I didn't appreciate her or how she did my samples (she wore braces).

The WORST clinic ever. Never recommend this place. You can get there with emergency question and wait 15 min until stuff finish smoking. Problem with communication with stuff. Receptionists are rude and don’t even try to help. I live quite far from clinic and my family got sick with covid. I tried to get them by phone (I called 50 times since 11am-7pm NO ONE ANSWER PHONE. I arrived in clinic specially with one question: do you do tests at home? Can you come over and do test (for sure we are ready to pay more ) The receptionist gave me the same number and tell try to call again . And email - nobody never answered me After 2 days no one did not answer . and bla bla bla in the end 5 days passed NOONE came to test us Dear people, please learn how to work and do your job well You ARE PRIVATE CLINIC be nice with people

I needed to get an antigen test. The queue was about 20 people (everyone except me came to do PCR). After 50 minutes of waiting (3 people were left ahead of me) a staff member came out and very rudely informed everyone that they could only accept those who came for PCR tests. She refused to answer the question of why they were only announcing this after 50 minutes of waiting in 36° heat, and was quite rude to everyone. Only after I said that I was pregnant (which is hard to miss), had been waiting 50 minutes in the heat and would do a PCR test (not antigen) so as not to go to another lab and wait there — did they accept me. In the end they did the antigen test after all.

Not the best at answering the phone, have to call a few times but when you get through the staff are informative, helpful and very pleasant. Testing was smooth and efficient. Got my results in an appropriate amount of time. Pleased with the service I received could possibly just do with more reception staff for the phones.

The lady told me that she would send my results vía email 30' after the test. She never did it. I had to cross all the city AGAIN, beacuse I needed them ASAP. I have a friend who made a PCR and she never recived the results, so she had to do an antigen test and wait. There's a big problem with The email service! I would rather they don't offer this option if they aren't going to do it at the end.

The lady at the reception desk is extremely rude and refuses to give even the slightest piece of information you ask for. She only yells at foreigners to go outside and wait without informing properly. Horrible experience for us. If we had another chance to get PCR test as a tourist, we would be running away from this lab

The worst possible institution. Same goes for the staff. Avoid them!
