I wanted a check to see whether I have a deep vein thrombosis. I got an appointment by phone 2 hours later. I was examined exactly on time, to the minute. The doctor was incredibly friendly, very thorough and explained everything very well in English. The ladies and the gentleman at reception were also very friendly. Highly recommended.

A very well-equipped establishment, with professional, competent staff who listen to patients. I was treated and diagnosed for an intestinal infection. The nurses took the time to listen to me and diagnose the right solution for my recovery. Many thanks to all the medical team for your help. I returned to France as planned and am currently being followed up for further tests. I recommend this establishment. Go without fear. NB: 10% discount on health costs if you pay with your Visa Premier bank card.

Prices are quite high, each visit comes to around 70 euros. Dr. Vesna — an excellent doctor, 100% recommend! But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been waiting 40!! minutes just to BOOK an appointment for my child. The reception is not particularly friendly, responding to simple questions with irritation, which is very unpleasant. I ask management to pay attention to how your staff receive patients. At these prices the service should match — clients should not have to wait just to make an appointment.

This evening at 8:30 PM I brought my three-year-old son to receive something for his high fever because the syrup I had given him hadn't worked, and also for an IV drip. The nurses told me they couldn't see us because they were closing, even though they work until 9 PM. I showed them the doctor's report and asked them to take us in because he was burning up — nothing, they just shrugged, gathered their things and left. I'm not sure if one of them was a doctor. The worst of it all was that they drove out in front of us, raised the barrier and lowered it — they didn't wait for us to exit, so I was stuck in the car with a sick child running a high fever. Luckily some kind people came to help so we managed to get out somehow beside the lowered barrier without damaging the car. Thank you to the girl working at the pharmacy next door. This is not the first time the staff — not in the lab, but at reception — have been arrogant, disinterested and unfriendly. Avoid them by a wide margin, regardless of their slightly more accessible prices compared to other laboratories. Humanity comes first.

We visited the pediatrician with a sick child. They received us right away. Vesna speaks Russian excellently. She examined everything competently, ordered tests which we immediately took at their laboratory in the adjacent entrance. The test results were ready very quickly. This helped determine the right treatment. Prices are reasonable, with a lower price for repeat visits. I recommend. The medical centre has its own parking. But they couldn't open it for us. Parking nearby is not easy.

Very helpful and friendly pediators, who really cares. Doctor can find right words for teen-ager for brief and friendly explanation about skin condition and care. …

Very good experienced doctors, it's convenient that you can get tests done nearby without waiting long, X-ray is separate, the equipment is very high quality and they did everything quickly, special thanks to the medical staff who give injections quickly and professionally.
