I had a health issue in the form of purulent tonsillitis. The skilled staff had me recovered in less than 24 hours. All the employees I met here were kind, patient and accommodating (two different doctors and three different nurses). Prices are more than fair! I warmly recommend this clinic to anyone who has a health problem. You will not regret it!

Very nice clinic, well equipped, very pleasant people. I had a trauma, came late, they found a doctor, gave me a medicine and now the wounds are healed. €30-40 for a visit, good price. They also have parking. Everyone smiles, speaks English and very responsive. If smth happens they will help.

How could they refused to help a pregnant woman to get her daily injection even when they have all the local government documents. No morals

Everything was quick, no queue for the tests. They speak English. Sent the results by email quickly and on time. Very nice girls work there. Prices are reasonable.

I haven't experienced such kindness and professionalism in a long time. Mira, Nadja and Andjela are medical nurses who radiate nobility and goodness. All praise for those three, well done — just keep it up!

Not once, not once have they seen me on time in this establishment. Now even with acute pain and an appointment I have to wait for two people ahead of me.

This evening at 8:30 PM I brought my three-year-old son to receive something for his high fever because the syrup I had given him hadn't worked, and also for an IV drip. The nurses told me they couldn't see us because they were closing, even though they work until 9 PM. I showed them the doctor's report and asked them to take us in because he was burning up — nothing, they just shrugged, gathered their things and left. I'm not sure if one of them was a doctor. The worst of it all was that they drove out in front of us, raised the barrier and lowered it — they didn't wait for us to exit, so I was stuck in the car with a sick child running a high fever. Luckily some kind people came to help so we managed to get out somehow beside the lowered barrier without damaging the car. Thank you to the girl working at the pharmacy next door. This is not the first time the staff — not in the lab, but at reception — have been arrogant, disinterested and unfriendly. Avoid them by a wide margin, regardless of their slightly more accessible prices compared to other laboratories. Humanity comes first.

Prices are quite high, each visit comes to around 70 euros. Dr. Vesna — an excellent doctor, 100% recommend! But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been waiting 40!! minutes just to BOOK an appointment for my child. The reception is not particularly friendly, responding to simple questions with irritation, which is very unpleasant. I ask management to pay attention to how your staff receive patients. At these prices the service should match — clients should not have to wait just to make an appointment.
