Update: The epidemic is worldwide, not just in Montenegro. Second, check today around 11 AM whether your testing room on the first floor was working? Or everyone was downstairs at reception and a huge crowd formed inside. And worst of all, one employee handles patient admissions, the same person takes COVID swabs, gives IV drips to other patients, and then enters data into the computer.!!! Worst service — both regular checkups and COVID testing in one place. Enormous crowd with no order and wrong directions and explanations

Can't make simple blood test in high season. I waited 1 hour with 2 people in the queue before me. As result around 8 other people passed this procedure and I got on some infinity waitlist for unknown reasons. The receptionist knows only the Serbian language and didn't want to explain anything. Unfriendly for foreigners and a complete mess with the organizational part.

Got an infection, they saw me same day, very friendly doctor and the assistant who spoke English as my translator. Only frustrating part was that I was ignored for the first 20 minutes I stood in the entrance, and was bypassed by others who could speak the language. Very clean, organized, professional.

A late response but not to late to pass on my grateful thanks for the care, skill and professionalism by the staff of Milmedika for their amazing treatment of my bacterial pneumonia which left me with high fevers, barely able to coordinate walking without exhaustion, shortness of breath and loss of voice. Special thanks to the doctors that treated me despite language barriers and my love and appreciation for the excellent caring nurse, Danica who looked after me with countless pain free IV drips and checkups to make sure I was in good caring hands throughout my three week of visits. Highly recommended, caring and responsible staff dedicated to service during a demanding and difficult time. My grateful thanks to all ❤️🙏😇

We have visited this clinic several times already with a severe cough and purulent tonsillitis. Wonderful, attentive and qualified staff, they provided help and prescribed the necessary medications. We also came to them for IV drips (30€), after which it really got better. On-site you can get a blood test (10€) - results are given within 10-15 minutes. You can get an appointment without booking - 30€

Changing my review from 2 to 1. I couldn't get through to this clinic on the phone despite having had an ultrasound there and needing a minor surgery with a surgeon. Endless promises and "we'll call you back" dragged on for more than a month. After New Year's they stopped answering the phone altogether, even though I don't have a habit of being rude and I have a reserved personality. I wrote in the chat too - no use. Finally I came from Tivat to the hospital for a different reason, but reminded them that I need a surgeon and told them about such an invention as a telephone, and got yet another empty promise. It's very disappointing that a private clinic operates this way. Good thing I'm not sick with anything serious. They kept "sending" me from one clinic to another, until someone advised me to go to the "proper" private clinic milmedica Budva. I always thought that private clinics meant service. Apparently I was wrong.

This is the best place where they can draw blood very delicately and properly, both from toddlers from one year old and from adults.

I took my 9-year-old child with a stomach problem. In one place, in a short time, we did everything from the examination to the infusion and blood work. The strongest impression was left by the staff, who were extremely professional, proactive and attentive.

This is a disgrace! I've been waiting a week for blood test results, they didn't send them to my email, and when I came in person to pick them up, they gave me someone else's results — I can prove it with a photo! Don't go to this clinic, the doctors are a zero, the prices are insane
