came to surgeon to check on my wound “it may be normal reaction but you need to do ultrasound” 50€ for literally 0 info on my question what did i pay for they said that doctor saw me thank you i don’t think ill come again lab is fine tho

Dear Daria, we are very sorry because you were not satisfied with our services. Please note that you came to us asking doctors opinion which doctor gave to you. Sometimes of course for diagnosis additional diagnostic methods should be suggested as Ultrasound in this case. Doctor took a time for you and gave you his opinion which is of course point of charge as any other expert opinion. A lot of ,,school days,, personal investments and experience is behind our doctors and their opinions need to be valuated as they strongly state behind them. You are free to come any time again but please be aware that doctors time and opinions need to be respected and of course charged Best regards

I had a complicated gastroenteritis during my stay in Budva. I went to this medical center and they treated me very well. The doctor was very good, they gave me medication in a separate room. For those who go without insurance, in my case it was reimbursed, it only cost me 125€.

The nurses here were so empathetic and lovely when I was having serious medical trouble. They helped me more than any other ambulance or hospital in Budva (and surrounding areas) and they truly cared about me. They are angels who I’ll always remember for caring for me.

Pay attention to the rudeness of some nurses who are so used to behaving that way in public institutions, and they act the same way in private ones. Not to go on about the rude response of one lady who works at your place, this time I kept quiet, next time I won't.

Waiting for an hour, examination of 3 min 30€ etc. A classic example of "robbery", because people keep quiet and pay, for the sake of health, and that is exploited just like in the pharmaceutical industry. If they need to save your life, bring 1000€ minimum….

Our 10-week-old daughter had a high fever. After consultation with the paediatrician from Switzerland, we had to go to a paediatric clinic as soon as possible. The private clinic Milmedika was recommended to us. We were treated very kindly and respectfully on that day 30.07.2023. Our daughter was examined physically and clinically by Dr. Slobodan Vranješ. The blood values were elevated (CRP 20.5 Hb 92) and the doctor prescribed antibiotics. When we had to go for a check-up the next day, the clinic was full. We registered our daughter who still had a fever of 40 degrees and waited for our turn. Unfortunately, this time we were completely ignored by Dr. Dragoje Čismović. Although it was our daughter's turn, the doctor gave priority to another patient who was not an emergency, just because he knew him. The nurse drew his attention to this and he simply said: yes, the baby will probably not be so bad and closed the door! All in the waiting room were shocked, even the patients could not believe what had just happened. I was close to tears and asked the nurse why he was doing this? She was also speechless and went into the patient's room to talk some sense into the doctor. But the doctor ordered her screaming to leave the room. I felt helpless and abandoned. Dear Mrs Tanja, As the part of the regular practice for all issues happened in our facility, we done Internal investigation for your case as well. Dr Čizmović is very respectable pediatrician in our area with a working experience for more than 30 years which bring him in position that a lot of parents chose him for treating their kids. In his every day practice there is always an issue because he barely can achieve to exam all the kids which comes to our facility. The sam happened issued date and according to his knowledge in medical field he chose to prioritise the kid with high fever and vomiting which looks very dehydrated with no any therapy indicated until then rather than your doter . He also had information that your doter is here for control examination which means that she is already received the treatment and that her body temperature was 37.4oC which also was the reason why another child was prioritised. Anyhow doctor ask me as his manager to send to you honest apologies because he do not found the time to explain to you all mentioned above on the way that it should be. We also regrets for the inconvenience happened to your family in our facility caused by miscommunications between you , doctor and our nurses in front. Please understand that nothing which happened wasn’t with bad intentions and all was the result of misunderstanding with our honest and deepest apologises to you and your family as well. We are inviting you to visit our facility any time when you visit Budva again where we prepared free of charge care for your family and a lot of more benefits as a result of our commitment to be focused on your well being in Montenegro and satisfaction which you deserve
