I was at this clinic today, 20.05.2022, with a sick child, and ill myself. I have never encountered such an attitude toward patients from doctors, even pediatricians, in Russia. You can book an appointment in English. The reception speaks English fairly well — probably even better than I do. The doctor, Petar, who saw us, asked in some detail what we were complaining about. He first questioned and examined me, then my child. He speaks excellent English, understands Russian, and can even ask/answer something in Russian. He said the child needed to take two tests; we did them right there, results in 15 minutes. The cost for the two of us came to €59 including the tests. I highly recommend it to anyone who finds themselves seriously ill and doesn’t know where to turn in a foreign country without insurance, like me.

The doctors (Pero and Jovo) are excellent! They helped us with our baby who had a stomach virus. The staff is also very kind. All recommendations for Mansa in Tivat. Thank you!

On my arrival to the clinic, which looks nice from the outside, but eventually horrible when I entered the reception to make an appointment with a doctor. Two very rude ladies, not even able to speak English but only few words. None of them wanted to help me and rudely told me; "call the doctor by phone" Well normally I don't have any issues calling the doctor to make an appointment, but how unfortunate is it as a foreigner not having a local phone number? So I was not able to call the doctor for an urgent appointment. I've never before experienced you as a patient can't make a doctors appointment with the reception. So, when the clinic snooze, they loose not having me as a patient. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone, especially not to foreigners! However, I can recommend the clinic to step up their game a lot more if they want to have foreign patients. Maybe the clinic is only meant to be for local people, but then correct it on your website and don't advertise you speak English, when you don't. Waste of ones time to get there. Therefore the clinic only get's one star, in my opinion, they should have none.

Wonderful pediatricians: Dr. Petar Matijević and Dr. Jovan. Attentive, competent, humane. I trust my children to them absolutely.

Treatment was carried out by Dr. Stilet. For about 10 minutes of small talk, a fee of 50 EUR was charged. A receipt was issued only on request. The prescribed ointments and tinctures were not effective. I did then get help from a doctor in Podgorica.
