After scanning the entire spine on MRI, a report was made by radiologist Mr. Sci med Branimir Brano Vlahović. Given that, like most patients, I do not interpret medical terms, I requested a consultation with the mentioned radiologist to "translate" the report for me. I was met with extremely disinterested and, in my opinion, unprofessional behavior. First I had to convince dr. to turn on the scan on the computer, the diagnosis of a mild compression fracture was omitted in the report, the scan that I had on the CD did not match the scan that the radiologist had in front of him (a view of the entire spine where you can see the whole context — the radiologist did not have it). My experience with the PRIVATE polyclinic Konzilijum is -1 star.

My MRI appointment was scheduled for 7:15 in the morning, I called at 7:10 and warned I would be there in 10 minutes. At 7:23 I arrived at the desk where they were scanning another person, and I was told that because I was late, my time was moved. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked when my turn would be, to which they replied they didn't know and thought about it for a long time, which resulted in another 40 minutes of waiting. MRI takes about an hour, I don't understand how another patient finished at the clinic so early and why they were immediately scanned during my time.

One of the worst clinics in the country!! They don't deserve even 1 star!! Unprofessionalism!!

Thanks to everyone that I was able to enjoy my vacation in Montenegro. Few days after I came to visit I didn’t feel good and I came there for a check up and they made sure that I got checked for everything and luckily everything was good it was just my immune system that thanks to them got me back to enjoy my vacation after few days. Definitely recommended to everyone even for a regular check up!

If it were possible to give them a 0, that would be the rating. The doctor in the middle of an examination calls his friend and schedules another private appointment for you. They don't tell you anything specific. Go to my friend here and there, and they charge you 100 euros. When you ask what are we paying 100 euros for — is it the 3-minute examination during which the doctor was on the phone half the time — we get the answer: complain to management. Avoid at all costs.

To be honest, I was scared by their 3.9 rating, but the clinic staff were very professional. We had the MRI done and the description as well as the disc were done very professionally. I recommend.

My MRI appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, the scan lasted one hour, and the scan description was ready by 2 PM. Hats off to their organization and professionalism.

The staff (specifically employee Elvir), who works at the reception, is unable to send the scanner results by email, because apparently they don't know how a computer works! They send the scanned document in a corrupted format where nothing can be understood After 10 calls and requests they just said that they are done for today (their working hours are until 9 PM, and it's 6 PM now) and that it's best if we come to pick up the printed results from another city ourselves... Catastrophe We will never contact them again
