Doctor service is catastrophic where the code of conduct is nonexistent. Doctors don't have 5 minutes for a patient or information about the patient (and how would they when they're rushing to earn money at private practices) Dirty at first sight, horror. Nurses wait for gifts from patients' families, patients naked covered with dirty sheets, male and female patients in one room, stuffy. If a patient doesn't get water brought by relatives or anything else to clean themselves with wet wipes or some basic necessities - the hospital provides nothing (not even water). Nurses are busy drinking coffee, juices and chocolates. Meanwhile, if a patient doesn't get water in the evening from an acquaintance or relative, they can die. And in the evening it's not easy to even enter the hospital - at the door there's uneducated security who are allowed to smoke in the hospital. Does this exist in the 21st century?

We've been here both with an adult and with a child. The attitude towards the patient is good, friendly doctors. With a health insurance booklet the visit is free.

Emergency department: mild horror, I am not surprised that some individuals beat the staff. THERE IS NO: kindness, humanity, order, cleanliness.... SADNESSS

They hospitalized me there for diabetes, thank you to the doctors and especially to Maya and Bila!

Can you believe that I took my wife to the emergency room around 6am, because her finger swelled so much it looks more like a cucumber, and they sent us back saying that the doctors are sleeping, so we should come around 8am-9am when they WAKE UP, yes you read that right, WAKE UP.

All praise for the nice and professional treatment of patients at the plastic surgery department. I was truly pleasantly surprised.
